In 2015, i had a little misunderstanding with a team member,but we talked about it after work and the issue was resolved.At the end of it all, i learned how to manage very difficult moments with team mates without even getting to reach the administration.I ha a very good working relationship with my co-workers because we worked in total collaboration and aiming at the same goal.the Hardest part of the job was when i get to deal with some customers who says the received invoices that weren't correct, but what i always did was listened to them with much attention and understanding and showing them that i care and tried to resolve the problem for them.The most enjoyable part of the job is when you feel some sense of accomplishment.that is, you feel satisfied for haven accomplished your daily task and get some praises and recognition from your boss.

Worked here during semester off from school. Where do I begin. I thought I was hired by Fuji only to find out that I was hired by an agency. The managers were remarkabley incompetent and treat their employees like animals. Because of the Christmas rush and the inefficient setup of the production floor they are constantly behind schedule and as a result blame workers for not being productive enough. I can't stress enough what a toxic environment this place was. But the incompetence of the managers is what really makes this place miserable, they will literally walk around station to station and watch workers but can't provide any assistance when an issue arises because they literally don't know what they are doing. Don't bother with this joke of a business.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I've got to work with different types of people.  I've learned the good the bad from people.  I also learned that there's favoritism everywhere.  So either you take it or leave it.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part about working at the company is that you have always tried to prove yourself to your boss or manager.  Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  It gets you down sometimes.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressful and hard to reach your goal.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Unstable, disappointing most days after work.  Stressful and want to quit, but try to cooperate for the money.

As a video editing technician my typical day at work would include clocking in on time and assessing and organizing the remaining packets that need editing. Once the baskets of packets are organized and entered into the system, I would begin editing. Since each station worked together to produce the final product, efficiency was extremely important. The hardest part of this job was the hours and the repetitive nature of the job. It was difficult to be as efficient as possible during these hours of work.

Working for the graphics division was an excellent opportunity. I had the pleasure of scheduling 40 of the most talented technicians across Canada and built strong relationships with Fuji graphics customer's.

My co-workers within my department as well as those in other departments were some of the best people to work with. The people at Fuji made coming to work worth while.

I enjoyed working at Fujifilm.   It is a very progressive and environmental friendly company to work with.   They are very heavy on completing all you paperwork on time and leave you alone if you do it.   The products are superior in whatever industry they serve.  They can be very ruthless during budgets and quickly let people go to make budget regardless of your length of service, are generous to those they have let go.

Work is not stressful. I loved working there. My supervisor and even my coworkers were quite nice.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I never had any typical day at work.

We've all been in a position where we feel our superiors aren't handling things correctly. It could be that your direct supervisor isn't managing your schedule efficiently or isn't using you to your full potential. It could be that your CEO has a concerning new vision for the company's future. It could be that your manager isn't treating you and your peers on equal ground.

It's a nice to work there , You will get lot of experience in there different departments also nice people that you get to work with  but the negative things are that there isn't stability in work and the company policy is that they don't hire any body so that means there is no benefits and anytime they can make you leave work without even an excuse .

On a typical day at work at fujifilm is very repetitive. I learned the sitting down is not what i would like to do for a job. the task was very repetitive as i would try my hardest to splice as many films customers have sent in. The actual splicing task was the hardest part of the job , and the most enjoyable part of the job would be the the staff , very nice and workable environment.
