Not a bad company, the staff is nice, the owner is nice and respectful, and they pretty much always have work. And you can make good money if you're doing long haul. But don't expect to make money if you're doing one or two short runs in a week, overall the company is a good company to work for, respectful polite, and they try and give you the loads you want. Hard working dedicated team.   At first I wasn't sure about the company, but I stuck to it, and learned how to make good money, and overall I can say I made money with this company, again it depends on how much you wanna make and how hard you wanna go, for me long haul works the best. I would recommend this company to anyone that's willing to put the time and effort, in order to make money, overall a good company. 

The job is very stressful due to the presence of managers who often yell and cut your pay. Some people do not work but pretend to be busy by moving the mouse around the monitor and constantly asking for things to be done, despite having no idea how to get them done. Even simple mistakes are not tolerated, and if the customer starts complaining, it can result in a deduction from your salary. With so many tasks to complete, it can be easy to forget something, and unfortunately, the consequences can be harsh. Customer requests often don't make sense.

If you are a driver I'm sorry for you, all I can say is run from this company.

I’ve had the pleasure of working at Fulger Transport for over 2 0000years, and I can honestly say it’s a fantastic company to be a part of. From day one, the support has been incredible. Each department works hard to make sure the workload runs as smoothly as possible, and while logistics can sometimes get tricky, the team is always quick to resolve any issues that arise. I have been working for Fulger Transport for just under a year.  I can say that I really love working for the Owners.  They care about their employees and bend over backwards to support you.  Since I have been here, I have had numerous opportunities for career development and the owners believe in training and development for all its employees. Friendly company focused on promoting both their workers' and the organization's success.  One of the great things about this company is that many of their roles are either hybrid or fully remote.  They also try to tailor the position for each employee rather than just enforcing a one size fits all approach like many big firms do.

busy with services, some repairs, sometimes no work. not allowed to work on outside brokers trucks per hr

This is an exciting young company with a ton of advancement potential.  One of the best things is that the key decision makers are only one phone call away so it is easy to communicate issues.  However, as with many young companies, they do not have a great training infrastructure which means you often need previous experience or must have the ability to learn in order to succeed.  

One of the best companies to work for in Essex County. They were very welcoming and went beyond making sure I had everything I needed or requested to fulfill my duties. Health benefits that compare to Fortune 500 companies. They also give profit sharing.; and more .

I have been working with Fulger Transport for just under a year now and I am happy to say that I have found my home.  I enjoy my role and that the owners listen to your ideas and empower you.  They have provided me with opportunities for further training in my field and support my career.

Each department works hard to facilitate your daily workload as best as they can and although logistics can be complicated, whenever there is an issue it is promptly resolved.
