While I did enjoy the role at the parts counter, the only manager in the whole store that had any idea what and how to do anything was my direct manager. If you like being micromanaged, constantly having things added to your role without being paid extra, being screamed at by the general manager for "not doing things the way he would have", this is the job fo you.

While at first everyone was very welcoming, the micromanagement had you put in the middle of other managers, you would start one task, then be asked to do another, then change the first task completely, then added another task. Five minutes later they would complain you didn't complete the first task correctly, and would ask why it wasn't finished. You will always feel overworked, and under appreciated.

Did I mention that you will feel stressed EVERY SINGLE DAY, and god forbid you recommend a different, potentially better way of doing something; you will be completely shut down, and ignored. 

I've worked in various parts of the company, working alongside every employee in one capacity or another and I really enjoy our team. 

I've found it really easy to transition from one department to another, and from my experience the management is open to rewarding quality work. 

I appreciate that we all work together to resolve issues. Because our end-goal is providing customers with the best service available, I feel comfortable asking for help when I need it.

I also appreciate that the CEO and managers consider my skill-sets before assigning tasks so that I'm not left doing something I'm ill-equipped for.

We've recently welcomed new management to the team, and we've been making the adjustment very well. The new managers are very knowledgeable and are proving to be great assets to the company.

The change of personnel presented a few challenges at the onset, but I've found that the crew has really banded together to smooth out the wrinkles, and I'm very proud of how far we've come.

This is a great workplace for self-motivated employees. I come in willing to help out wherever I'm needed, even when it's outside of my department, and I haven't had a problem. 

This has been a great employer to me and I'm happy to be here!

The nice thing about this team and my role is that I have lots of opportunity to interact with people and staff. Being that its a small team we can always talk directly to any department we need including top management. Being small also means we are nimble and can pivot when needed. Its nice to know that when you make suggestions they are valued and they can make impact.  Our overall goal is to serve our customers and to serve them extremely well from the time they walk in to the time they drive off with a new machine. You really get a chance to know your customers. We call them by name, know their kids and spouses by name and I think that is awesome. We are not just selling products to a group of numbers. We care about who we are selling products to and want to see them come back. We love stories of how their trip went on their new machine. 

I worked here in management. The management and the rest of the Team for the most part genuinely care about the customer. The CEO as others have said is extremely difficult to work with. Instead of rewarding employees she looks for reasons to criticize them. She calls all her employees her kids and treats everyone like she is the evil step mom. The only job security belongs to the cranky old sales guy who no one can work with anyway. The pay as well is completely bogus compared to the pretty picture painted by the CEO. A sales rep will NOT make anywhere close to $40,000. $25-$30,000 is more realistic. The overall idea of working for a place with all the can am toys seems glamorous however it's a toxic environment that wont change until Christine is let go. Dont want to believe a ex employee? Try asking even a FTPS customer, most of them have experienced the CEO first hand too

Working at Full Throttle Power Sports is at blast. The Dealership has a great vibe, and every day is lively. Our customers expect top-notch quality, and we work hard to deliver. The new bikes and gear with the latest tech keep things exciting. With the new management and leadership, there's a fresh energy and support that enhances our work environment, both in the shop and on the floor. Everyone here pulls their weight, and is committed to doing a great job, which makes this place awesome. Plus, staff appreciation, and apprenticeship training by our Red Seal Mechanic is a real bonus on top.

I spent about 5 years working here. I started with very basic work but was later given the training to work on much more advanced assembly as well as some sales. The staff team at the time were very friendly and cared about each other including the boss. Customer clients are for the most part nice to work with (there's always a few bad apples). Management was always nice and gave constructive feedback on any mistakes I made but was not negatively presented. The boss would also have BBQ's in the summer or bring donuts & Coffee in the winter which was always a nice morale boost!

I worked for Full Throttle on and off for a few years while in university. I always enjoyed my time at the job and all the people I worked with. I was very flexible in what was asked of me and willing to help organize and update the system as needed. Even with limited knowledge of the machines I helped in the parts department and felt very welcomed by the staff and customers. I had a great relationship with the staff and management. I was truly sad when I left to start my career after university.

FTPS is a good place to be - the staff and management are all friendly and helpful....the customers are great too - the company moto is "we sell fun"....so the expectation is that we're happy, effective, efficient - treat each other and our customers well.....enjoy coming to work every day. 

I'm the new Service Manager here since end of March we have new staff and are trying to make a difference, Hardest part of my job is keeping up with the request for service and new unit builds but with a few new additions we are streamlining. The most enjoyable part is when the customers are happy with the service that we have provided

I have worked in the industry for 25 years and I must say this is one of the best dealers I have worked for. There is a clear path for growth within the organization. Management has a clear and focused plan for the company and is willing to roll up thier sleeves and help out anytime.
