Foremen kiss up to management and belittle subordinates. The worker is always too slow; you can be ahead for days worth but they will always say you are too slow.  They don't fix anything, lights over work stations have been broken for years and when another one broke, they said, "Get a flashlight".  You have to improvise your own machine gauges with coat hangers, strapping bands or welding wire. One lathe was broken for years so a job that took 5 minutes now takes 30 and they always say, "What took you so long".  The whole work area is very smoky due to very undersized ventilation.  The roof leaks significantly; hazardous when welding with high electrical currents.

They hire when they have work and then lay off over and over.  You are called in for a month and laid off then may be called back for a week or 2 and laid off.  The pay is good but you can never get benefits because you are laid off so often.  Not a dependable employment environment because you never know when you are out of work as lay offs happen often.  You can get lots of overtime one week and be laid off the next.  They do not have a constant supply of work to be done and depend on obtaining contracts which does not happen often enough to keep a full staff other than 5 to 10 regular employees.

Fuller Industrial has been an awesome place to work for the past 3.5 years.  Very good people to work with, safe work environment, growing company.  I worked as labourer and have been moving up the ranks.  Also uses cool robotics and technology in the shops.

Great place. 

they had good wages. good pension plan too. when they are busy there is a ton of overtime if you want it. when it's slow they lay off like other places. but they call back when its busy again. mix of different attitudes on the floor but management  give too many chances to some people . overall pretty great. and good people.

good management to keep the job on schedule to meet deadlines good people old guy like to strive to show new employees easier ways to perform the task . scheduling days hours over time if needed

During busy times they expect lots of overtime from the guys, and as soon as they start slowing down they lay them off just as quickly. Not a very employee friendly environment, but the quality of workmanship for what they do is fantastic.

For the labour field, the pay is good and the benefits are also good.

However these things are a trap to keep people in. The environemnt is toxic, the people are not kind, its clique centred, and the work is very hard.

they treat their employees with great respect and pay them well 
hours are unpredictable and tend to change weekly.

Poor management, hard place to work at. Hard work and you get none of the tools required to do the job.. work culture is do what your told and don't ask questions, hide and lie about what went wrong.
