I can only speak to the CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST role, but company is very disorganized, and often, do not have your best interest at heart, but what corporation does these days. From my short time with them so far, they have changed my supervisors, canceled raises, changed schedules, and demanded the impossible. 

If this is your first job - it's an amazing opportunity. They provide lots of training before you start, and provide all equipment. They hold your hand every step of the way. 

If you have some work experience - steer clear, at least at this level. It's next to impossible to advance in this company, goal posts frequently move making bonuses unattainable, and the micro managing is daunting. Everything you do is tracked, all mistakes will be reprimanded, but in my experience, no amount of hard work will get you any accolades. 

Before I started here, I read all their reviews, and can confirm they are true.  Your co workers are AWESOME! The people on your team are GREAT, but everything else is a pass for me. If they get some leads in there that actual care, I'm sure this would become the dream place to work. But with all the pressure they put on their team right now, with the pay they are offering, it is not worth it. 

Honestly I've had some awesome jobs before, but this is my favourite of them all for sure. The culture is really cool - you're expected to do your work, but everyone wants to work hard. Everyone is super willing to help out and do whatever they can to make sure you're as well equipped as you can be to accomplish what you need. Everyone owns their work and is pulling in the same direction. Anything that you could want to work on within your job you can, we're growing so quickly that there is definitely no shortage of things to do, or roles you can move into. I've really enjoyed my time here so far, and I can't wait to see what the future holds.

It is definitely a startup - if you are looking for something where you can just put your head down and not worry about your job changing day by day, or you want to just cruise through your job this may not be for you, but if you're looking for something exciting and always interesting I cannot recommend it more highly.

 And of course the dogs - if you're a dog person, or even if you're ambivalent about them, you won't be after long at Fullscript, the dogs are all such sweethearts!

What is the best part of working at the company?
The team is genuinely helpful and made it easy to get up to speed quickly. Everyone has been approachable from day one.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing stands out as particularly stressful so far, it's been a smooth start.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Collaborative and welcoming. The team is supportive and easy to work with, which makes for a comfortable environment to learn in.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day includes team meetings to discuss goals and approaches, followed by focused work time. As an intern, I also do code reviews, have weekly check-ins with my manager, and am currently working through onboarding. It's a good balance of structure and hands-on work.

I started working for Fullscript in Feb. 2018 and have loved my experience so far. From the wonderfully organized onboarding process, to the fun, supportive, and collaborative team, to the company mission to revolutionize integrative healthcare, I've felt very engaged and set up for success!

There's no typical day at Fullscript.  Every day has a new challenge, and we're growing at lightning fast speeds. 

This is not the place for someone who wants a easy job that stays the same for 6 months.

Workplace is fairly laid back - ability to work from home a few days per week in most roles.

Super rewarding company to work for, big enough and well resourced enough that we can GSD, but still small enough (~70 people) that you can see the impact of your work.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Not really any. You get discounts on supplements.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The company has improper leadership after the merger with another organization.  They let a lot of good managers go in place of ones that don't understand much.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They give unlimited PTO but that's a gimmick. They never ensure you even take the minimum two week off.

Pay is very low (approx $10K less than same role in other companies). They are not transparent about the future of the company. It seems they are struggling in the market although they try to cover it up. Otherwise why not being transparent about job promotion and raise? Those in the top promote each other to any high level roles they like. A lot of employees left the company lately. 

I have been with fullscript for a few years now, and I have nothing but good things to say! The people are lovely, the job can definitely be a lot but that’s a given — there has been a lot of change in the past few years from merger to acquisition. 

The only downside is everything changes so often, initiatives often get cancelled or deprioritized so there can be a lot of wheels spinning into nothing. 

Cool company, great product, good culture, resonating values. It's a busy spot with lots of work to do! Great mgmt team, really nice people who work here. Lots of growth and learning because that's exactly what the business is going through right now.

I cannot say anything negative really.

Great place to works, so many perks and in general just a great, friendly atmosphere. 

If you work hard, you definitely are given the opportunity to move ahead.

You also get to pet all the dogs.
