I have worked for Fully Managed for a year and a half. I got this job one month before COVID hit, so the work from home position was perfect timing. The people here are great. I was struggling with some personal issues with my brother being ill and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. They never made me feel bad for looking after my family. When my brother passed away (sadly), everyone including upper management were overwhelmingly supportive. They care about their staff and do their best to help create a work/life balance. Also, if you come to them with any work issues, they take them seriously and will do their best to come up with a resolution as quickly as possible to ensure you're successful. Everyone feels like family and is very inclusive. There are no cliques or petty drama here which is more than I can say for most places I've worked. I would definitely recommend working here. But if you're lazy and don't want to do your part, you won't be successful. You get out what you put in. Many people have gone from the bottom to the top fairly quickly because they put in everything they had. Management recognize your hard work and reward you for it. Plus, it's a work from home position, so it doesn't get better than that. Job protection during these times is invaluable.

I liked working with the client. fighting for back months was not fun. it was "pandemic" but it was 17k. hopefully just me

the work wasn't stressful. It was the accounting

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I was fully remote during COVID. Everyone was scared, I I wasn't. Otherwise I did what I needed to do

Job itself is easy and you get to have hands on experience on many other software and infrastructure to become expert in no time.

Pay is reasonable and fair.

Benefit is low.  80% medicine 80% dental care (teeth cleaning).  No Vision Care and no Orthodontics.  This is important to me and my family.

The benefit is great for people who are Single, have no family, and have no kids.

its all about metrics and numbers.  saving every penny and sacrificing customer service. nothing but a glorified call center now with techs from the phillipines after they fired most of the Canadian workforce.  all bonuses were taken away including xmas.  all training given is mostly on linkedin learning.  the company has lost most of its clients in the last year and hasn't made any money.

This place is the worst. They constantly change internal policies and don't tell people about it. They book meetings at busy support times the you get in trouble for not attending meetings that also aren't recorded. They don't care about clients and just want them all to leave. Sign them up with great promises, make a quick buck then leave them to rot. The only clients they care about are the ones that want to spend alot of money and don't question our crazy high fees.

Like any typical day at a large MSP. Disconnected management that rely on SOP generation to eventually offload client support to the cheapest possible solution: Telus International.

What is the best part of working at the company?
remote work. thats about it....no commute

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
being part of a disorganized  mess, while worring your job will be fodder due to Telus moving it to the Philippines

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fake.  They will squeeze the life out of you.

Call center environment, but without good structure. Some people work hard, except the friends of the managers. They will push you do a lot of work you aren't properly trained for. Pay is too low for the responsibilities.

Only a select few staff that is all

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The fact that management always had things to hide

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Poor and honeslty not good at all

It doesn’t feel like an IT environment. Its a call center environment where you will be managing multiple clients with minimal knowledge base and training. I felt like I’m not getting paid enough for the work I do. Won’t recommend to anyone.
