IT focused organization in the B2B networking space. 

Pros:
- possible to gain good perspective on the entire industry
- people are great
- small company, less bureaucracy and easy to get involved
- excellent benefits

Cons:
- little opportunity for career advancement
- at the mercy of the industry (no clear vision about future)
- too industry standards focused (one trick pony)

Very good employer to work for. Very fast paced working environment which offers room for learning and development. Overall good working experience. A lot of modernization projects ongoing giving room to learn new stuff, laid back people might dislike it.

Poor work/life balance as after hours pager support is required. Management does not listen to your concerns and only cares about pleasing the client.

Salary, benefits, bonus and RRSP contribution plan were decent and the only positive experience about working with the company.

Developed new automation skills using python coding language and studying for Red Hat Linux exam. Most managers are annoying, however, there are a few good ones.

Fundserv is a great company.  The people are great.  Great benefits and pay rate is good.  The management became unstable for the last month and many new strict policies came in place.  With new management change, it will take a while for people to adapt.

Fun workplace. Dev teams seem to cliquey. A lot of inter office politics. Pay is good. High turn over rate. Trying to be a Google or a Facebook. Advice: Have more open dialogue amongst all the teams to address on going concerns.

Workplace culture got better in the past year.  I enjoyed working with employees from different departments.  The input of accounting department in the success of Fundserv is greatly unappreciated.

Great Place to work. Love it working there. Great culture and team work.
Ideal location in downtown. People are caring and very cooperative.
Great leadership.
