There is no potential of growth within the company. 
The management  team do not have any respect for their employers. There is no recognition (i.e. thank you or compensation)  for being  a hard worker and going above and beyond your job requirement.

The company is behind in time in regards to management and with the software & hardware.

Overall, It is a 9 - 5 job  - no overtime

It is very difficult to make more than 30k a year here and you must work very hard to achieve that. However they give top performers an edge so even if you work your butt off theres still a chance you could come up with nothing. 

Take the salary option  learn what you can there  and do not switch to commission. Unless you have proven yourself for three months straight.

They tell you its a very competitive environment and you probably don't have what it takes. Which was true. I don't have what it takes to con people or use pressure sales to trick someone into buying a building (KIT) that was nearly impossible to build. You dont even  actually see the product..

The culture is bar none the best I've ever experienced. Great salary, great comradery, great company overall. Its not an easy sales job, but if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. Uncapped commission, cant go wrong. 



I was there for 1 year and every day was a great day. Meetings and training every day. Very exciting office. You are put on teams and had a good chance of success if you listen to your managers advise. Bonuses every month like trips, cash. 

if you are looking for a great working environment, with great leadership and incredible work environment; look no further. this place has it figured it out and they KNOW how to treat their employees properly. 

People are great to work with, some customers might not be but most are good. It's a great and rewarding workplace some days are slow but always interesting. The product (steel buildings) is very appealing.

Some of the best sales training you can receive. High commissions and bonuses. Very cut throat and competitive. But a very rewarding experience.

Position was changed from a salary based with bonuses to full commission, without my understanding this upon hiring. You must CONSTANTLY WORK AND SELL THESE BUILDINGS if you want to earn a living.

Duties of the job were always the same but each day called for these duties to be completed at various times or even days.  Admin staff is great to work with.  Sales staff was also enjoyable to work with.
