Working at G2 Logistics is a dynamic experience. A typical day involves coordinating shipments, managing logistics, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. I learned valuable skills in supply chain management, time management, and effective communication.

The management is supportive, though at times, workload expectations can be high. Workplace culture is collaborative, with a strong focus on teamwork. The hardest part of the job is handling tight deadlines and unexpected delays, but the most enjoyable part is successfully delivering solutions and ensuring smooth operations. Overall, a great place to grow in logistics.

You get paid every two weeks ,management terrible

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Your constantly watched like your in jail

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Culture is terrible ,no respect ,and hard to get up in the morning to go work there

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Well try to go in do my job and hope day goes by fast

The office environment is filthy and needs a bit of cleaning as dogs are allowed to run around. The computer systems are old and often crash. A lack of leadership from the owners, who tend to yell constantly, makes for a very disruptive workplace, and hard to focus on the task. Good managers/supervisors tend to leave because G2 is resistant to change. it's like working in a foreign land some days.

The work is structured in such a way that you're never left to struggle on your own. The leadership supports professional growth and rewards achievements.  Its a collaborative and enjoyable place to work. The one thing they could improve upon would be a more frequent cleaning of the carpets... I would recommend G2 to any logistics minded individual.

Family business and respects drivers

I did not find working here stressful.

Small Family business and respectful.

Depends on the load and the reload

Owner in this logistics company exhibited unprofessional behaviour, leading to a stressful environment. After an unexpected layoff, there was an attempt to rehire at a reduced rate, which felt undervalued and shortsighted. Prioritizing short term gains over fair treatment and employee respect isn’t a smart long-term strategy.

The company ownership has had issues in the past.
Work atmosphere is poor, staff turnover is high.
Work atmosphere is aggressive by management, some staff is concerned about there position and may do negative things to fellow staff members to accelerate their career.

Management is horrible they are brothers who fight all the time and they are aholes.
They don't care for their employees and lie . They cut off a co workers health care when he was on leave for his heart.

G2 has a great work environment. 
They have a great training program for both office staff and drivers.

Great support from. Management. 

Everyone works as a team!!

Owners scream at each other and employees. its very very stresful. You are not sure where you stand from one day to the next.  They loose good people because of bad environment.
