My time at GCW was pleasant or enjoyable in anyway and resulted in me being pushed out of the company by a fellow employee, who want everyone to work in the manner that he dictated and not what was instructed by supervisor, so if your ok with everyone else telling you what to do rather then listening to your supervisor and being yelled at for every little mistake whether is was your fault or not, then this is the place for you.  Oh and they have a wage cap of $20/hour if you like that sort of thing.

It was formerly GCW and is now Casey’s. I wouldn’t recommend working here. People cliquey and very 2 faced. People tattle on you, pass on blame. If you mess up, it’s always the end of the world. If you mess up, or take your entitled holidays, you are isolated and people avoid talking to you for hours or even days. I wouldn’t recommend working in a specific department if you care for your well being. They don’t want you to flourish and succeed. They pick favourites and baby people and completely tear down the people they rely on. 

I've been working at GCW now for 4 years and i couldn't imagine working anywhere else. There are a lot of owners out there that always say the right things but GCW's owners don't say they DO!

Great team atmosphere! It feels like everyone here is working toward the same goal.  The management respects the employees and treats them well. One of the best parts of working here is that there is room to grow and move positions within the company.  Most of the leaders in the company started as production workers. One of the hardest parts of the job is learning to adapt to the constant growth and change.

They terminated for "slow work pace", but I wasn't working slow and it was decent when they checked it.
And another reason was "not being in my spot". Since the role of finishing causes lots of cuts and bleeding in my hands, I used to go grabbing bandages often. And since I have an issue with my bladder, I went to washroom more often than others and I told the manager about it. But they fired me without any proper warning.

Great place to work, stable hours, good pay. Amazing people, great management and employees. Helpful engineering team and shop. Yummy snacks every Friday, get to leave early every Friday. 

GCW is a great forward thinking company. They are always looking on ways to improve workflow and production. They also give plenty of opportunity to grow within the company. Owner's care about their employees and so do the supervisors.

The owners at GCW really care about their employees.  They regularly provide lunches, special events, giveaways, and incentives for their employees.  You are always made to feel like a valuable part of the team.  The quality of the work is of the utmost importance.  It's a place you can definitely feel proud to work for!

I'm just doing this so I can see some reviews I did not enjoy working here, if you're in assembly every mistake any dept. makes is automatically your fault so be ready for that, also you don't get bonuses because someone complained theirs wasn't more than someone else's so that's cool.

Learned lots and felt everyone around the company was very nice and willing to train you. The work can be dirty but its not hard and passes fast. Overall good place to work if you don't mind the dirtiness of the job.
