Poor management.
Poor performing company - massive cost cutting in progress as a result.
1 washroom for 12 employees.
Very bad parking arrangement.
Washrooms and lunchrooms in plant are filthy.
Non competitive pay.
No good work recognition from management. 
Some management is uneducated - Very condescending and negative environment, unappreciative toward others who have or pursue education and condescending to those who dress professionally. Use of heavy profanity and inappropriate comments. 
Very limited benefits. 
Management does not share information with employees. 
No cultural diversity in front office.

The company overall is well run, but like all businesses you take good with the bad. I  can't complain about my time within this organization as I enjoyed my time here, and really liked my manager and the other people I worked with. 
I would still be there today,  but there focus is on manufacturing which is understandable....but left me in a bit of a  limited capacity position for me.

There are many talented technicians and tradesmen working here. The work environment is industrial and can be dusty depending on which plant you work in, however, the proper PPE is supplied. 
Department foreman treat their staff with respect and are always available to help out. You can start as a beginner and later become an apprentice in various trades if you are interested.
The safety culture is very good and supported by management.

Management have no respect for employees, major racism from upper management, company has outdated and hazardous equipment, poor pay, negative environment for people to work in and not an ideal place to work for long term as there is no job security.

When they need you they will offer the high rate for you then decrease you. Lake of good management communications. Benefits are so bad. Shop is new. REALLY STRESSFUL. No tool allowance. No apprentice opportunities . No RRSP . Work until death 

shop guys treated differently than office people.  no interaction with office like management doesn't care. the building is nice. we have some events but not many. benefits and pay could be better. safety used to be better. 

When it was in Red deer the management was terrible. But the Edmonton management might be better.  The red deer management was always pushy as well as never allowing enough time to do jobs and constantly badgering.

Overall a good place to work, great job security and flexibility, wages could be better. Management can get frustrating as not everyone is on the same page, almost too many departments.

Interesting work with lots of opportunities to work with customers. People in the office are great to work with and management was very supportive. The benefits are good.
