how to operate a pouch machine set up mechanical,quality control,learned to read blue prints had to know as product was my job and very important to company as customers expected excellence as they were paying good money for product co workers were for the most part good you usually always have that one.
Lifting 50lb cylinder for huge rolls to make bags.was like one big family every one helped each other out

The work was good, I really liked my job.  Having said that my manager we not empathetic to some situation and opted to ignore them instead of helping. The office has a lot of bullying starting at the front desk.  I was planning to retire there but other people's behavior made this environment unbearable 

Great people to work with but one too many bosses in there...safe and clean environment. Good benefit and hours I liked the continental shift but I did not like how some rules and regulations only apply to some people and daily privileges were often taken away for nor reason.

i enjoyed working with people at genpak they treat you with repect and they train you on the machines and how things are to be clean and how they work everyday.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Happy co-workers but salary is not enough if you have a family 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When long weekends it shuts down, needs dough to pay the bills

Toxic workplace with bad ego driven management. Hours are good. The work is diverse due to small engineering department that is expected to do everything.

My manager was amazing, the staff was supportive and friendly. Wages and benefits are mediocre.  Not much room for advancement. Small engineering dept.

I Excelled quite quick common sense and proper protocol procedures and Direct communication is key for flawless batches orders and or shipments that are prepared on schedule.

You often pay the price of having bad coworkers because management dont act accordingly to resolve issues with said coworker. they let it slide and you basically have to suck it up.
