A work day for a production employee begins most of the time on a production line. That is where the products are made and packaged. Each day a worker can learn how to properly assemble, test and package new products. Also, a new set of skills could be acquired on a day to  day bases. It would include learning how to set up, tune, operate and run a production line machinery. The hardest part of the job could be learning how to safely and properly carry out various tasks when handling chemical products and/or running the production equipment. The most enjoyable part of the job is finishing the day work with the quality, well made product always! The management and the environment are friendly and welcoming. Examples of common respect, trust, fairness, teamwork, and integrity are seen everyday.

I had the opportunity to work at a factory dealing strictly with plastic and metal containers, the typical day at work consisted of putting pieces together on an assembly line. The working environment was very friendly and easy to learn, which I liked. After this placement was done I moved on to a construction job. I worked as a laborer on a gym, mostly taking care of general clean-up and light duties. I enjoyed being able to stay active and motivated during every day tasks because I was an important asset to the work being done.

for a temp agency they are ok. friendly and nice. but no matter the job u always make bare minimum. job pays $30, you make $14. no matter what job you are doing. I have worked for other temp agencys and they will pay you more then minimum wage depending on the job and your experience. And Every placement wont keep you more than the 3 months garenteed. They one dont want to lose you as they make so much money off you when you are part of there company. 

Honestly dont care for them.

Recently applied to this place in Peterborough. The staff were great to sign up with, I felt like they really cared to find me work. The next day they called me with an opportunity to work full time hours. Working now, love it. Thank you so much!

I was able to find a job quickly at the Cobourg branch. Staff here was organized and professional. The job assigned to me was a temp job but would lead to full time employment! They were not wrong, I was hired on by the company after I completed my hours. This is the best agency I have ever worked with.

The work matches my experience, and the hours have been very consistent.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Although it only takes me 30 minutes to get to work in the morning, it takes an hour to get back home. But that’s just the nature of Toronto.

The jobs and work wasn’t the issue here, it was more the reception / coordinator that was the issue... full of attitude and not willing to give shifts . Was terribly rude via text message when inquiring about what work and hours they have available . Better luck with the other temp agencies with better desk manner and pay . 

A typical day working for the Placement agency isn't very typical, because while there take away the struggle of you finding jobs they themselves find jobs for you to do but it doesn't always

Its a place to get a job in almost any field. My opinion is its great especially when you are having trouble finding a job. They are quick and efficient at finding a work of place for you. You get to pick which fields youd like to work in and they will try to get you into something along those lines.

I gave the Cobourg global Human Resource centre a call and they had a job for me right away! They had me watch a video for training and gave me a safety vest and hard hat and I started work the same week. The lady who helped me is very nice and it was a pleasant experience over all.
