This is a abusive workplace with little or no employee appreciation.
Management does not care about the working conditions and frequently insult, secretly videotape their employees, fail to give raises even though some of the employees have spent years working there. Most only earn minimum wage even after 10-17 years of employment.
Management fails to take responsibility for its miscommunication and mistakes and blames those that are not responsible.
Do NOT work there!

I have learned a lot about fabrication, CNC, programs for Laser, Quality, BOM in SAP, etc
The most enjoyable part of the job is designing new projects and after that supervise the entire fabrication process and working with the team to improve them.

Duties and responsibilities with the salary not enough.  Long travel time and wear and tear of my private car.
No labor union, no separation pay  no job security and depends on the order will result in 4 day works.

Working in that company is a big challenge for me because I have no experience in welding and something that it is heavier for me to lift up but I've done my best to please the company and I did it. They like the way I worked.

Tough but rewarding workplace, tough in the summer because of the heat, but you learn a lot of valuable life skills as well as potential to move up in the company if you show interest and put in the time and effort

Global File is a good company for work but i didn't get opportunity to utilize my knowledge, skill and experience effectively.

no room for improvement 
managers and supervisors are not helpfull 
workplace culture is sad 
many workers slack off

It was a good work experience for me but had to leave because of reasons unrelated to the workplace environment. I would recommend others to work there.

It is a part time job in the summer vacation when I was study in Geogebrown collage. Empty the truck and make sure it will be on time is my main job.
