Ok for mindless, constantly monitored and repetitive work. Not very fulfilling. 
Not much management turn over so very little opportunity for advancement. They do have a leadership program but it's not always helpful for Team members. 
Bonus objectives can be difficult to obtain but is a nice incentive. 
Positive management relationships depend on each Team Leaders individual style but if objectives are met and Personal/Sick time is kept within allowances, you won't have much issue. Outside of that, you run the risk of managers telling you that work is more important than yours or your childrens medical issues/ conditions and to figure out how to ensure you are available for your shift regardless. Literally overheard a manager tell a cancer patients this and myself when my child was admitted to hospital. Not all Team Leaders manage this way but there are a few. 
Only necessary to work one Saturday per month and is fairly easy to trade Saturdays with someone if you need your weekend off and the Friday before is a half day. Evening work is only 2 nights a week but it's pretty strict either Mon/Tues or Wed/Thurs. Is somewhat difficult not seeing your younger kids for more than an hr or 2 a day during these transitions in the week. 
SLT team really does promote positive culture and have some fun activities, challenges, themed days, paid volunteering and overall random treats etc. It really is appreciated and boosts morale. 

In the beginning it seemed like a great place to work and the pay and benefits reflected it however after the smoke and mirrors lifted it wasn't as it appeared. Yes they provide vacation but you probably won't be approved for the time you want off because there are many people with higher seniority and it will take many years before you get the same. 
The job itself is repetitive and everything you do is monitored (including your mouse movements). An hour is allowed off the phones during a shift ( lunch and two 15 min breaks) and bathroom breaks come out of that time so you are constantly rushing around paranoid to not go over that time. It never feels like you can ever do enough and management seem to have an attitude that because they pay better than other call centers that if you dont like it ...you can just leave. There is no opportunities for advancement. Every department is a lateral move, more work and no pay increase.
The most enjoyable part are the people that work there. Always welcoming and are the best part of going to work. 
 


Managing end of lease inspections and follow up with inspection companies overseas and domestic. Working with 2 systems infolease and web based system to keep track of daily reports.
Interacting with colleagues and inspection companies to order or cancel inspections as well as make any special arrangements as per client requests as may be required.

Updated client information on systems and releasing inspections requests.
The best part of my job is interacting with inspection companies and my colleagues as we are great tem and it is fun working.
I believe that working should be fun as the day goes by fast and people are more productive when they are enjoying what they do.




To put it succinctly, they are extremely smug about collecting money from poor and old people. Run of the mill call centre with the strongest sense of superiority I have experienced from a work place. Management blatantly hire only white women if they can. Advancement seems to be driven by 'favors' if you know what I mean. Team Leads are the laziest employees outside the management. Management lies consistently to justify not informing employees what the benchmark is to receive bonus. Like a carrot on a stick but they won't even tell you if the carrot is there before you start running. Incredibly unethical place to work.

Went hybrid after covid so you could work from home 2 days a week

Constantly being pushed to make customers make payment using GMs preferred method of Payment that charges an extra $10 each time.

Most people aren't happy working there, I seem to have a high turnover of staff, and the team leaders are not friendly or helpful

I dreaded being there as you were expected to get people to pay borderline harassing them to make their payments

Got an opportunity to work in other verticals of operation, which gave a good insight and understanding

work wise I have not faced any stressful situations but I did yes monetarily I wasn't happy

friendly and supportive! Team work is promoted.

one wouldn't know how fast the time runs out

Customer service ...love helping people find solutions to their problems

Management can be a challenge at times.

Culture is great, lots of community volunteering and great causes to help.  Work environment is good.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Constant flow, no down time.  Computer phone systems.

Generally a good place to work.
People are nice and many team building activities.
Management is approachable and open to new ideas .  There are many meetings and also many groups you can join to feel a part of the family. They hold town halls every month so u know exactly where the company is trending and how things are going. They have a year end bonus but unfortunately this is given after the RRSP cutoff time (bonus usually around march 15)

Best company I have ever worked for. Would recommend them to any one. Work environment is great and the are really flexible and accommodating. Great people. 

Decent workplace with benefits and bonuses every quarter. Job itself is straightforward get people to pay and preferably by phone with you. 

Job is decent and co workers are positive but leaders can be very pressuring to you if you do not meet the 200 phone payments a month. Not understanding contact and behaviour of clients is a factor.
