Working at GN CORPORATIONS was an absolute nightmare, and I cannot emphasize strongly enough that anyone considering employment here should run in the opposite direction. The management is not only unprofessional but also engages in deceptive practices that create a stressful and toxic work environment.

From day one, it was evident that the management team lacked integrity. Promises made during the hiring process were consistently broken, and employees were left feeling deceived. This dishonesty extended to various aspects of the job, including compensation, work hours, and job responsibilities. It's clear that honesty and professionalism are not values held in high regard by this company.

The work environment at GN CORPORATIONS is nothing short of toxic. The constant stress and uncertainty caused by the dishonest management take a toll on employees' mental and emotional well-being. It's a place where people are afraid to voice their concerns or make suggestions for fear of retaliation or further deception.

The lack of transparency within the company is staggering. Critical decisions are made behind closed doors, and employees are left in the dark about the company's direction or plans. This lack of communication creates an atmosphere of confusion and mistrust.

My advice to anyone considering joining GN CORPORATIONS is simple: stay as far away as possible. This is not a place for professional growth or personal well-being. The management's dishonesty and disregard for their employees create a toxic and demoralizing workplace.

In summary, I cannot stress enough how detrimental my experience at GN CORPORATIONS was due to the disgraceful management and toxic atmosphere. My advice is to save yourself the misery and look for opportunities elsewhere with a company that values professionalism, honesty, and its employees' well-being.

After recently parting ways with GN Corporations following two years of employment, I feel compelled to share my honest feedback about the company. My intention is to provide potential job seekers with insight into my experiences and to urge caution before considering employment with this organization.

Throughout my time at GN Corporations, I encountered significant challenges that ultimately made it a negative and demoralizing work environment. Unfortunately, professionalism and respect for employees were sorely lacking, contributing to a pervasive sense of dissatisfaction and stagnation. Opportunities for career advancement were virtually non-existent, leaving employees feeling trapped and undervalued.

One of the most concerning aspects of my experience was the evident lack of effective management. Projects were consistently mishandled, resulting in missed deadlines and subpar quality outcomes. It appeared that the company prioritized quantity over quality, accepting projects without regard for our facility's capabilities, which inevitably led to failure. Additionally, the unethical practice of falsifying audit results further eroded trust and integrity within the organization.

In conclusion, my experience at GN Corporations was deeply disappointing. While I acknowledge that every workplace has its challenges, the extent of mismanagement and disregard for employee well-being at this company is concerning. I urge anyone considering employment with GN Corporations to proceed with caution and carefully evaluate whether it aligns with their professional and personal values.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company. They pursued me relentlessly for over a year, making grand promises and telling convincing stories to lure me in. I was so convinced by their pitch that I made the difficult decision to uproot my life, leaving my home and a job I truly enjoyed, all in the hope of contributing to their success.

From the very beginning, it became clear that I had fallen victim to a well-crafted deception, but by then, it was too late. I initially had genuine intentions to help the company thrive, but I soon realized that no one within the management cared about me or the skills I had to offer. It's not just my story; it's the plight of countless employees within this organization.

Working for this company felt like a colossal mistake, one that I deeply regret. I implore others to steer clear of them and not to believe any promises, even if they're in the contract. They are a bunch of dishonest individuals, and their actions can only be described as deceitful and manipulative.

Complete joke of a company, decent equipment. But management is a complete joke, QC department doesn’t know how to measure, they don’t even know the names of the tools you must sign out from them. I could teach a child how to program better than the programmers they use. Couple good machinists they use like a Forman but they’re completely overwhelmed and underpaid and don’t really care about their jobs like everyone else. They advertise for machinists that can walk on water but then expect you to sit and hit a green button all day doing 100 part runs of stupid parts a 10 year old could run. Then wonder why people are miserable. GN likes foreign workers that they can underpay and over work. Go see for yourself.   Don’t be duped into working for this prison, been in the trade for 20 years. Only worked in a few different shops this was by far the worst. By far. Unorganized chaos. 

This company is completely falling apart due to a lack of management and leadership. The CEO is a jogker and hired a Teams of Management who is incapable to do their Job, whose always hiring sneaking can not make decision-direction or communication- escalation. The ball comes to their island, all things they do is running away from it and hopping some body down the line will get it. If you a a technical people CEO will keep you on radar and try to knock you down or make your life become terrible. 

The owner don't really value their employees and put a realistic mission or strategy to the company. 

Work and Life at the company is full of politics, if a group of manage not doing anything and have a lot of free time and incapable to do their Job. Tell me what they do?

This used to be a fun place to work. In the heydays, we were taken to Lake Louise for holiday party. But ever since the founders left for competition/passed away, things went downhill, quite dramatically! Now employees are left with a potluck-style holiday gathering, listening to owner's uninspiring sales pitch in UNPAID break time. They could have recorded the speech and added it to the company's holiday playlist on repeat: "cut throat market", "we the best", "nobody else can compete", "US expansion next year"...

No wonder so many great talents left the company. There used to be P.Eng in C-suite and management. Now it's just a bunch of nepo babies and impostors with MBA from strip malls in other countries: "No degree? No problem!" is their ads slogan targeted for cash cows. How pathetic!

Working at this company was a suffocating experience. The lack of autonomy in basic bodily functions, needing permission for restroom breaks and water, was degrading. Clocking out for bathroom visits added insult to injury. Management's approach to mistakes, making employees pay penalties, created an atmosphere of fear rather than growth. The constant time surveillance with stopwatches felt oppressive, making every task a race against the clock. The overbearing managerial presence, with at least three managers per employee, stifled any sense of individuality. The enforced standing policy, regardless of the task, and the stringent restrictions on breaks and communication created a hostile and unfriendly work environment.

The owner as well as his four adult-aged kids (working at GN) are bunch of COVID-19 deniers and anti-vaxxers. They make fun of people wearing masks at work and force us to attend anti-vaccination propaganda in lunchroom. The company has some good equipment, but management do not respect work-life balance. They avoid union-minded workers at all cost. Did I mention there is no human resource department? Good luck getting any support when you have payroll or benefits issue. We used to have paid lunch break but it was taken away during COVID.

This company is a complete joke when it comes to professionalism. They don't value real skills or hard work; instead, they promote people who suck up to the boss and ignore those who actually know what they're doing. If you're looking for a place that rewards butt-kissing over talent, this is the spot for you. Don't expect respect or growth if you're serious about your career. Total waste of time.

GN Corporations Inc. gives better quality of work. They have lots of different CNC machines from robotics machine to manual. They have the software for easy machining and controls. They provide quality of working conditions like high implement of safety work place. They have the benefits for each every employee like health card and insurances.
