I have been employed with this company since it started and they do not treat their loyal long standing employees well. We have been getting the same pay for the past two years and we have been going back and forth with HR but they do not want to raise our pay. Despite of the company opening many different stations throughout the GTA. They are the worse company to work for and they do not respect you unless your the same culture as them. Only reason why I stay with them is because i know the job so we’ll and I have another job lining up with the hours. If I had a choice I would leave and never look back. They do not know how to run a company every single one of them, down to management and their dispatch team. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
They where flexible with my required modified schedule when it was needed.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The lack of staff during peak, the management at the time was very difficult to work with.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Most of the contract term the management staff outside of our little local crew was very toxic

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Clock in in the morning, do our deliveries and whatever els the client would ask of us within the scope of the contract terms and then clock out and go home.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Management are completely Neanderthals

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Fun, outdoor work.  By yourself delivering to customers
 Management has no idea about running a healthy company.  There problem solving is as narrow as a 3year old.  Zero emotional intelligence seems to be a requirement for moving on up if you have that

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Poor because of management.  Great working with other drivers

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy, outdoors, daytime, lots of exercise

This is a joke of a place to work at the dispatchers are very disrespectful and I have no care for your well being in safety they will literally send you 2 places where you could potentially die with no care and only threats of termination It's sad because this place never wasn't like this originally but after somebody took over it's just gone downhill to the point where it's not worth it to work here or let alone

-Self taught most of the work there (ie. Colour and number coding to help you work more efficiently)
-Not a unionized role (you can't miss a shift for any reason)
-Drivers dragging their routes to avoid helping others if done early.
-Being penalized with more work for finishing deliveries too early.
-Vans are not clean inside (Lice, bedbugs), different vans each day.

99% of the workers are from the same community,Bully,baise…. Very hard to work if you not from their community they barley hear English there. The Vehicles are dirty drivers pie inside water bottles & they do not garbage after the management wont  take action on those thus every morning you have to dump someone left over food,drink,Pie…. If you stuck on mud with company Vehicle you have to pay for the tow truck they will cut from you pay.  

I started working here and being a hard worker I’d finish everything early because my work is done, they will make you help people
And going fast makes u have more work the next day, vans aren’t equipped with winter tires, they don’t try to resolve the situation only “it’ll be okay” 

They clearly don’t prioritize their employees. They're constantly focused on monitoring shifts, and if your POD score drops by even a single percent, they reduce your hours. They rarely offer more than 20 hours a week and hire more people during peak season without providing adequate shifts. The pay is low, and no one stays longer than three months due to poor treatment.

delivery drivers have are maid to deliver 300 parcels door to door per day and are responsible for any damages that occur to company vehicle. it’s physically and mentally stressful. No matter how the weather is you are made to complete your deliveries 

Management needs to figure out a set of rules and stick with them. Also always trying to cut hours unless it suits them or overworking during shortages. All employees treated differently and no one to cover absence. Worked here for 4 years and kept getting worse. Pay is OK though.
