My time with this company was only enjoyable due to the people I closely worked with as well as a few higher-up people but otherwise horrible management and judgment of character for the people they promoted to lead. The North American division  is still in the midst of growing pain since they were acquired and the amount of inner office politics was insane and led to fighting higher up that affected Communication, production and morale of labour immensely including the non-responsive HR department completely ignoring employees until matters were non-avoidable and continuing to support problematic Construction Managers not to mention the amount of contractors, suppliers , and third party that goldbeck would either never pay or delay payment indefinitely overall only work here if you have no better options

Lot of room to grow and sharpen your skills specially when you’re operating equipment 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When you’re working in very bad weather conditions because 100% it’s outdoor job

It’s a multi cultural workplace but it doesn’t affect the environment where you work with different people it will give you insights how this company (Goldbeck) gives all people equal chance to grow and excel

You arrived at work attend safety meetings, get instructions, start your equipment to warm it up, and work

It was good company no discrimination, they cared for their employees all the time

I have never saw any stress for that company
