Friendly workers pretty much family oriented company, They are flexible comes to days off or any special favours!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I would say as a driver I worked there for 15 years I started at 7:30 but not knowing what hour I would be done for a day, so I would that is my main stressful issue I had

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very close with others and the owners, it’s a comfortable environment to work in, like any other companies it has it’s ups and downs but overall it’s a nice place to work in

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Punch in at 7:30 am do my  pre trip on my truck get my daily deliveries , sometimes I have to wait on my deliveries due to not being ready or there is a change in my deliveries meanwhile I help out with warehouse work and duties!

My typical day at work begins with people going crazy at 7:30am till about 10am. It is very unnecessary and causes a lot of stress. The management with the exception of few individuals don't have a clue on what they are doing and can be very disrespectful to their peers. I enjoy working with my fellow co-workers as they understand the job and what needs to be done in a daily basis, as we work well together and always get the job done. People tend to overstep their jobs onto other on a daily basis as well, but management also tend to add tasks to others when it is not in accordance to their job title nor duties.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
All days have their own pattern

I was the main shipper receiver, and looked after putting away skids of product in the warehouse. This is a printing company, I was also required to bring folded corrugated boxes to different areas in the warehouse for packaging.

Where do I start off? 

This place is a poorly managed , the machines are old and in poor condition. The owner barks at his workers , the  working atmosphere is terrible,  the coating stinks and gives you a rash.
Employees argue with each other, there is no compromise here.

Everyone under stress from this place , it's a revolving door!

Very busy work atmosphere , restricted space requires strategic movement of product to its next stage.
Secure stable workplace with pleasant co workers , many long term employees frequent lunches etc by owners who always stop to speak with employees when in the plant.

It's an good company to get warehousing experience, multicultural . I spent most of my time on the forklift, driving through the warehouse to deliver pallets of product to be used.

Most of the plant and personnel are poorly organized , space is at a minimum and very crowded lending to the organizational issues .
Owner of the company is very good to work for and treats the employees fair .

Busy but friendly atmosphere at this family owned business .Owner treats people well and  says hello and shake hands with employees when in the plant.
