What is the best part of working at the company?
Design and developing new extrusion tools.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Inability of the management to handle and discipline the production part of the team. The results achieved by the development team were compromised when comes to the production part. Inadequate president and vice-president were hired. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
counter-productive in some parts.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Entertaining for most of the day.  Problems to find the needed heater bands, thermocouples etc. Problems to find some stolen parts of the extrusion line.

Too much noise and u can’t hear anything they say or teach you.
Water all over the floor within the lines, u can’t even leave your line running and take break because there’s no one to cover you so u have to eat while watching and still working within the lines.
And sometimes you can be on your feet for the entire shift all day long for 12 hours. Nice people to work with tho.

Great company to work for.  Room for advancement across the board. Employees work together as a team to ensure finished products meet customers specifications.  Was able to advance into a position by cross training and learning all aspects of the position through training and hard work.

have worked in this field for many years looking to advance my job skills and  be motivated to upgrade my skill level.  I am very punctual and have very good organizational skills .I'm computer efficient and perform my job duties in a professional manner.

New management at Gracious Living Innovations at Mississauga location  (from 2020) is really bad, surrounded by stupid people and their ideas. 
They have lost most of their experienced and knowledgable employees, either they quit OR the management fired them

Very horrible place because of nepotism and so many management people walk around the plant in the morning shift they do nothing only pressurized operator and fabricator.  Yes good thing is pay check on time. And plant is running throughout the year so you don't worry about your kitchen expenses.

Everyday equipment failure,
Too much quality issues and rejects...,
Always blaming operators, minimum payment. very unsafe company to work.
I don't recommend anyone to work here
everything is managed by a single person!!!

Was a good place. Work life balance was good depending on who managed you. Company has a decent product. Good benefits available. Pretty quiet, but got to get out of the office

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. communication is a big issue with this company. They do not pay well. Management doesnt listen to your problems. VP of the company thinks he is the owner of the company and dosent treat people well.

Worsy experience..supervisor and teamleaders are very rude.unsafe work environment.. Never work here..Cancer causing materials and the company hide about that from workers
