My eyes have really been opened since I've experienced the e-waste world. It's appauling what we as a society discard on a daily basis. I know that things become antiquated and new product is more energy efficient, but there is no excuse for the waste that I've seen since I've been at Greentec.
The hardest part of the job is the dust in the air, which consists of lead, cadmium, mercury, lithium among other elements.
I have made quite a few friends since I've been there, including some of the younger employees.

Wouldn’t recommend since they don’t offer decent pay raises benefits are low no improvement to employees for better positions owners aka Portuguese owners are aren’t decent they lie what their dong about the company struggle to keep hard working employees looking 

If you are thinking of applying, please don't. They don't treat you well. Salary and the work environment is very stressful. So please avoid working here. 

Only good thing was a couple staff that were nice but management don't care about you. Goodluck asking for help.

Fast and unfriendly environment, very “white” culture. If you’re not part of the office group you will be treated like garbage and given the most unsafe jobs. Also job safety is not a thing here 

Overall great team environment and everyone is very friendly. They do a lot for their staff and plan great staff events. Would recommended this place! No complaints. 

T be honest, I don't recommend this job at all to anyone. Bad management (I have to say"No Management"), very bad pay, Very dirt and dust.No benefit..

this job was a very fast paced job, you always had to keep up with all the other employees. Also you had to make sure that you were able to make your quota everyday.

you have to like dismantle electronics (Old stye TV's stereos, computers, computer parts) and have a crate/lift experience and other jobs around the Plant..!!

Poor upper management. Manger is a puppet to the owner . Owners always fighting on shop floor . They will prompt anyone to save a penny .  Dirty environment
