They are cheap, they have no manners, will scream at you on the phone. People who are in charge of the company don't care about you at all, we're just a number to them. The first time I came into this company I quit after 2 months and everyone who works there/have worked there all told me they hate the way it's managed. They can send you an hour away, won't pay for your gas. They cancel your shifts just like that and when you call to say your sick they dont want to cancel your shifts or they'll cancel for like a week all you had just to be petty. The only thing great about this job is the uniform and that's it to be honest. Worst company I worked for. Never ever want to be spoken like that ever again, there are better companies out there (all of them). They have to humanize this company or this won't work, thatd why they are always looking for other people because everyone quit. Even though they take like anyone who interviews.

Having worked for  more than 6 security companies they are the best the cons are no collective insurance  most companies offert full time after a couple of weeks they lose their contracts they give you one or 2 days maximum and want to keep you  with no follow up or you get the worst jobs that nobody wants 

The management absolutely sucks, and the benefits aren’t great. They don’t pay for you gas unless you are going 50Km out. They don’t pay for your parking. The management/supervisor staff that I felt with were rude and obnoxious. But the salary is good for the work load. 

This place was fun to work for and could have been so much better if they assigned people that knew what they were doing, working and managing the units, and if they rewarded good employees for hard work, instead of rewarding the bad ones.

Pros are flexible schedule arrangements for part time

Cons are that I didn't feel safe or respected within the work environment.  I witnessed a lot of discrimination,  and there are no resources to report these cases

I managed my time 
It was hard first but then you get used to it 
The hardest thing was to move from a spot to spot 
What I really enjoyed about this job is to meet new people and make new friends 

-Never a dull moment, in a fast pace environment.
-advancement from within.
-diversity in work contracts.
-amazing friendly atmosphere. 
-very professional. 


Uniforms and overall gear is professional. Lots of flexibility hours. Distances are long but if you like serving the community it doesn’t matter much.

A great place to work with with lots of extra hours ..awesome colleague and u r very well respected
