some friendly people.  after 3 months of work uniforms and cover all are provided

stressed and low moral. 
management is lacking and pay is based on loyalty and time spent at the company. 
people have worked there for years/ decades with pays reaching only 23-27$

waiting till the day was finished

Management structure leaves much to be desired.  

Moral is very poor, people work their for a salary only.  Customer service does not exist.

No one addresses client complaints or even care to providing superior client care.

GT Group managers are very supportive and they put their hundred percent to support and train their team members. Training, constant  improvement and support is a part of GT culture and I really liked it.

I love the flexibility and ease in management discussions and for giving advice; great teachers and a really relaxed work setting

Run, don’t walk.  Management is abusive to employees.  No advancement possibilities.  Heavy micromanagement, cameras everywhere . Save your sanity and look elsewhere .  

Everyday was different from yesterday,not one day as the next. Very rewarding and at the same time challenging work within a challenging work environment and industry.

Your manager makes a big difference in the way you will enjoy the place. Generally It's a great place to work, very friendly staff, and the willingness to help is out standing.

Management is understanding and care about their employees. They actually believe that a happy employee is a productive employee and always laid stress on work life balance.

You need to be very patient to grow up at this compagnie after 5 or 6 years you will have stady job . Dispatchers not organisé end always take too long for give you trip.

Well balanced and professional company. Pay rate is good and work is easy. They haul containers. Trucks and equipment are in good condition and well maintained
