Review service call and ensure that 3rd party contractors completed jobs within the allotted time give to them. Ensure that calls were completed correctly and not resulting in repeat service within a short period of time. 

Management differed between geographical locations. First Manager took a very hands on approach and didn't mince words so you knew what the expectations were and objectives were clearly explained. Was very approachable and would help whenever he could.

Typical large corporation mentality. You are a number, not a person. Don't question the plan or you are looked upon differently. employee roll over about every 1-2years.

Hardest part of the job was to meet expectations similar to outlying territories. overall customer volume and expectation contributed larger call volumes

Being self-employed with several clients means that I am always busy, often working 10-12 hour days to meet client needs.

I have learned a lot on the job, adding to my list of experiences. My server knowledge has grown as having to quickly familiarize myself with new sites to be able to support them.

I am my own manager, although I do have a group of associates that I am able to consult with. As we are all very busy, it is difficult to get guaranteed support from them when required.

Manawa has a great bunch talented and very bright individuals, however we rarely work as a team as we all manage our own clients.

Hardest part of the job was dealing with the fact that there is no work/life balance. It is difficult to build any sort of routine as my schedule depends heavily on my clients schedule.

-	Install, Service and Repair, all types of commercial and residential grade locks and exit devices.
-	Perform scheduling tasks to complete jobs in order of priority.
-	Maintain and install electronic, magnetic, card, keypad and biometric locking hardware along with software support systems.
-	Automotive specialist cut transponder car keys and program with industry leading software.
-	Maintain key systems databases.

First I would travel to the nearest bus station to others employees. The get picked up by our boss. When we arrive the boss would put us into our sections to work. After a break we would rotate sections and then eventually work together in one section which would be the hardest part which was the roof. I learnt to break down walls with tools and what the skeleton of a house looks like. In this environment we would work in a house that we are meant to break down. We had to have the right clothing due to the chemicals and health hazards in the house. My favorite part of this job was using a sledge hammer to break down walls and also learning how to breakdown the roof.

o	Coordinated Quality System Management Activities for ISO 9001 and the Management Framework
o	Managed and facilitated a successful ISO 9001 recertification external quality audit in the GTA 
o	Conducted internal quality audits of engagements and processes to ensure compliance with CGI’s management foundation
o	Ensured timely resolution and closure of defects and improvements/innovations
o	Maintained Client Satisfaction Assessment Program as well as results

Saying good morning as I walk in and head to me office is how I start my day at Battlefield.
Turn on my computer and start checking emails and then complete reports and send them out to sales reps and branch managers. Check for any leads, bids, tenders or quotes and also send them out to the sales reps. Coordinate all lifts for Home Depot and Staples  stores across Canada.
My co-workers are primarily men and are a fun bunch to work with.

Unplanned long hours. Working hours not calculated properly.

Busy,not well organized. People are constantly changing.

It is a company that I enjoy to work with. The professional environment is very pleasant and easy going. Since day one I had people working with me closely, in order to pass on their knowledge,  since co-workers to management. At the same time, it is a fast passed work which makes it exciting and made me learn how to work under pressure.

Amazing owner. Long work days which consisted of very hard work. You were given a task to complete yourself within a time frame. You gain knowledge from the work your doing. Everything about this job was enjoyable. If you like hard work and to make good money this is the perfect job.
