They say in order to do good work, you must love what you do. While no job is all fun, Gyro really makes for a great workplace. The people are helpful, positive and really contribute to a family like culture. As for opportunity, Gyro was one of the only places that hired me with no experience. I started my sales career here and moved through 3 different positions in 3 years while also being given a chance to enter management.  The owners actually work alongside and support their staff rather than just kick their feet up on the desk or take long vacations like other dealerships. Having the owners involved in everyday operations made life as an employee that much easier. As long as you are looking to do good work and be apart of a high performing dealership - Gyro Mazda is a great place!

If you get a job here, DON'T Take it. one of the worst dealerships to work for. the amount work you do ,does not equal the money you get back, also they try to nickle and dime you with all kinds of charges/fees when you  sell a car. horrible place to work as sales person.

The management act like children.  If you are not their favorite, then don't expect to be treated fairly.  They will use staff to fill in when someone else gets sick of the nonsense, and you will not be compensated for it.

Everything goes well with the meeting with management. And all staff were friendly and knowledgeable. And salaries was good enough to manage your budget. And there was all the time work as much as you want.

I worked at gyro mazda for almost 2 years and was the worst experience ever they over work there staff nobody stays past 3 months because of that and only give advances to their own family members overall I do not recommend working at gyro mazda and the management team is the worst.

The staff and management at gyro mazda is unbeatable. Every department in the dealership pays attention to every detail to ensure their customers and staff are getting the best treatment with a wide variety of knowledge and skill.

The owners only care about the work you put out, no one cares about you if you aren't a salesman. Don't try and change things because the owners only want it done their way regardless of efficiency. 

Long work hours, upper management is not helpful and pay is not fair for the work they expect you to put in. They will not follow the pay they say on the job posting. 

Great place to start your career. Most of the team is very easy to get along with and very helpful. Days can be long, customers can be frustrating sometimes 

On a daily basis we work at a fast pace but ensure quality work. The people are very fun and make up for a good team. The management team is good. Overall a great workplace environment.
