Like any construction company that goes where the work is, you need to be mobile. Ideal for new grads who want to explore the possibilities of a career in construction with travel while learning a tremendous amount. Also ideal for people with kids that are older. May be tough for people starting families because work-life balance can be challenging due to travel. Schedule vary based on projects.  From being away for 14 days straight with 7 days off, to 20 days straight with 8 days off etc. 

Of course there are project support departments that are local (estimation, purchasingm hr, etc) but this is not where the fun and glory lies...

Most days I get to work early and get ready for the project team to assign our duties. On a typical day we would be moving pumps to dewater trenches in which work was to for see. Over all the days at work were good but when it was difficult to handle we as workers would step back and review the job at task and try to make it easier in which safety was priory. At the end of the day it was a pleasure to see everyone made the day safe and went home to there family.

Worked with the Clients was a bit stressful as the company is moving to digital for records of work and the client is still working on having a hard copy binder of everything.
At the start of the projects there was not enough man power to cover all the aspects of the quality work at hand and duties that the client requested to be implemented.

The benefits are 100% paid by the employer and it's pretty complete. 

There's not much going around the office since it's an industrial neighborhood and there's a limited amount of parkings.

I liked the people in my teams, but there's a lot of big headed, uncooperative engineers so that dampens the mood.

The pay is ok, but the amount of unpaid overtime that had to be done was awful.

This was one of the best places I've worked. Great and supportive work culture by coworkers, management and upper management. Employee benefits are great and they consistently hold company events.
