A typical day at work would consist of; controlling access to the warehouse and trucking yard, signing paperwork for the truck drivers, taking care of employee purchases and returns, answering phones, watching the cameras,doing the rounds with a check point punch, responding to any emergencies that come up.

Management had many issues with this contract they could not get anyone to stay for very long the systems where very long to teach people and could have been much simpler as a result we we're forced into doing over time 70-80 hours a week while our supervisors did 30.

The hardest part of the job was dealing with all the forced over time that allowed me no time to spend with my newborn daughter and spouse.

The most enjoyable part of the job was that it had a decent pay rate and insurance.

A starting technology firm in a security industry. Family is really important and very honest people. There were a lack of employee for the task given as old existing system was not properly setup so you'll end up doing lots of clean up. Plus, you might have to work evening and weekends.

I learned how to communicate with employees and customers effectively. How management can not be helpful at time and unfair at sometimes. People were usually friendly but there were the exceptions.

This company doesn't care about the employees. They just care about the job being done. They don't treat employees well. Co-workers are like little kids that go and tell on others. There are no benefits whatsoever.

At first they seemed very understanding and down to earth but down the line they are the same like all the others...Pay is low and work conditions are miserable,all the good contracts go to theyr favourite agents.

Dull management and inconsistency in scheduling so you never know when you have a day off. Okay pay for little to no background experience but forget about having time off or socializing 

Very good place if you want to come back to work as a security guard. 

If you are missing CNESST or DEA certificate, Gardium is forgiving than any other place.

Decent workplace they will find you hours to work and more if you ask for it. The salary will always be an issue as a security guard some contracts should be payed more.

theres not enough hours for someone who wants to work full time and its mostly night shift
the jobs i got were 12hours shift just sitting in my car doing nothing

Its okay , they respect your time and help you get hours but not stable. Beside that not much to say. they are a good security company to start working for.
