very disorganized and uncoordinated in relation to jobs or scheduled tasks.  Some members of management are very unfriendly which starts to slowly put wear on your overall ability to work  within the environment. Many of the customers are very friendly and lovely to work with, however the actually business itself needs restructuring in terms of management and how they communicate with their employees. The pay is very low for being a licensed gas technician and I feel as though they are underpaying their employees for the skills and abilities that they have or what they are worth.  Why would someone go to school and do a skilled trade and waste their time to be getting paid not much more than minimum wage?

A typical day at work was fun, go through mail and email, start paper work do what was required of me. Do all task throughout the day that was required from several different departments. Enjoyable part of job was the luncheons put on by the company. I learned how to be real flexible, running errands and doing task for several different departments. There were no real hard parts of the job just some unknown territory but once informed and completed task didn't seem so difficult. Data entry, assisting and helping those that needed my knowledge in a few areas etc., was always satisfying.  When knowledge was needed it was nice to have help.

You get back what you give.

If you are adaptable and good communicator it's a great opportunity. Enjoyable work environment, at times can be hectic (as any workplace)

Good people to work with, training, benefits, decent wage. Limited continued education opportunities, and mid range wages but its residential, large customer base & customers are great 90% of the time. Due to inflation and economic conditions price point of hourly rate and installation are higher.

This family run business is efficient and interesting, however, if you are not family, then always on the outside looking in.  Family gets better treatment and pay while some of them are idiots. If you have seen succession on TV, then you get the picture. People are fired when sales drop, regardless of smarts or productivity.

I worked here from dec 2013 to may 2014.  I don't want to slander anyone but working here was great besides the daytime manager, the owner was blunt but straight forward.  I did enjoy my job here despite.

The people you work with are good. Most customers are great but some need to be dealt with patiently and with some wit. It could get stressful if you let things rude customers say get to you. so basically it's a 50/50. It could be really good or really bad depending on whether the customers like you or not.

Working at gas plus has been a experience that I will not soon forget, mostly because of the people that I have served. The job requires basic customer service skill, the pay is minimal at best and the hours seem to grind on forever but the customers make it almost worth it.

Guys were great. management was very arrogant i was told it was a regular thing to hire people for the summer promising them apprenticeships in sheet metal and air conditioning then lay you off after the air conditioning season. would never suggest to anyone i know to apply here.

This job is tough, but rewarding. Cam Pulls in $400,000 a month but you make nothing. Watch the money roll in while you starve. People come in on the corner of gray and they just keep coming. Cam gets richer, it's an experience.

The job was very mentally straining durning the slow winter months, but fun and exciting in the summer, management was fantastic and fun to work with.
