If your'e going to apply for this company pleeease think twice or will be truly sorry for you. Because schedulers and dispatchers lent out guards phone numbers without your consent to other unknown ppl or guards just to get their quick upper hand.

A typical day at work can sometimes be challenging depending on the volume of trucks, but I learned to be patient always smile and listen to my co workers especially during the hectic days. When we work together you accomplish so much more.
I enjoy gpoing to work every single day. Never a dull moment.

I was the only one working in that apartment building. I was working night shifts so it used to be pretty quiet. I conducted scheduled patrols and the hardest part was walking 20 floors of stairs after every hour.

The shifts at Gemstar are 12 hours shift, and alone. The company it self is poorly managed and take forever to process requests, it is also extremely hard to take a day off with this company.

Small Group of Employees and Management, Felt Like home, they treat Employees Very Well.

Has Very Big Clients to fulfill overtime.
The pay is always on time and accurate .

I have worked with them for almost three years. My experience was really good. Fun and productive environment. HR and CEO both are really good and supportive. Even the scheduler is good, i enjoyed working there 

Part time, its a decent place to work at. Scheduling can be improved. HR does nothing to improve work conditions for guards. Be prepared to get calls in the middle of the night

As long as you adhere to the job responsibilities and the company policy, it's a good job. However, keep in mind that you will only be receiving the minimum wage.

this is a good company however there were some flaws with them. Such as being promised an increase in wages and never receiving it.

it is a good company good staff good sites . pay is also good they are very nice . good environment. no pressure relaxed ,competitive take care of employees
