I greatly enjoyed working at Gemma communications because it was a very diverse and cultured environment. I enjoyed working there because it gave me a chance to display my great customer service skills, and i was also able to interact with different people on a daily basis.

meeting with manager for objectives of the day, start working until noon and having long lunch break et work again ,managers continually form us ,they encourage an congratulate us when we exceed sales targets and offer us certificates

Haven't been at a worse place always fights, some sort of shady deals happening, management screams at you to make sells, while dealing with customer on the line customers tend to hang up. Management will buy gifts for highest target and when reached they keep it for them self. Just stay away from this place!

Gemma is a great company for new immigrants to learn new skills. Although their remuneration package is not lucrative, they have given opportunities to many new job seekers to learn proper knowledge and skills required for customer services.

Log into the systems, assist customers and make sales at the same time. This was more of a sales than a customer service job. Managers would ensure that after you assisted customers you also bridged for sales at the same time

I worked there for approx. 2 years and I had no problems working there but what I didn't like was calling people to sell something

The hours were not a big deal to me but after 2 years and over of working in a call centre I had to change

A typical day in this work place is very fast pace whether your making calls or doing customer service for companies. The management team are very skillful in their aim to have the company very progressive

I learned a great deal of customer relations solutions.
Management was very supportive.
Co-workers were fun to work with.
