As a renovation contractor, I work for myself and have to generate new work. Word of mouth is the most effective means of marketing ones self.  Through delivery of cost effective quality work, there is often no shortage of referrals.

A renovation contractor has to employ a diversity of skills, and be a quick learner. The materials and equipment used are always being improved, requiring constant adaptation, and attention to the marketplace.  One also has to be honest in recognizing their own limitations, and sometimes pass on work.

I would usually work a full time 6 to 8 hours a day cleaning the environment around the property. I would also do cement filling such as pouring and spreading to make a even walkway. I learned from my boss that i could do any time of job as long you put pride in it. My co-worker would help e clean and remove heavy objects such as broken old cement. The most enjoyable part of the job i would say wiping the floor cleaning dust.

Very friendly work environment. Reach to the work place on time and join the meeting before start the work. So many different teams work at the same time so I am learning how to take care of the other coworkers at the same times in terms of safety and productivity. Clean the work station after the work done in routine.

My overall experience with SNR Contracting has been great. I have gained tremendous experience in the residential sector in terms of renovations and construction. Working with SNR Contracting helped me understand the importance of hard work and commitment. I believe it’s time for me to focus on a specific trade and excel in my career.

Starting off with a clear direction to either fix a homeowners problem, or building from Scratch is always a fun challenge. Learning to adapt to every different project is sometimes difficult, but always enjoy the reward of accomplishment.

I enjoyed general construction because it was fun to challenge yourself when it came to doing something that I hadn't before, I learned a lot of basic and general things. The people were usually good.

This was a challenging and exciting place to work, with competition from other builders.  I learnt how to do full house framing as I worked there and am happy that I gained this knowledge.

long hours no socail life alot of things done not by the books 3 years no raises learned lots though  unorganized disrespectful hours upon hours of wasted tyime

Excellent Co. and Good Management , Most of the projects are high Rise buildings , Hotels , Villas .
