General Contracting had strong values, such as quality work, and customer satisfaction, which were demonstrated at the workplace everyday. The job was also physically challenging, as I lifted heavy materials for hours on end. It was all worth it in the end, though, knowing that I helped transform a customer's home into a work of art.

Great work environment. Work is planned and organized efficiently. People are friendly and helpful. Typical day at work starts at 8 am and ends at 5 pm. Everyone works together as a team. Can be physically demanding. Projects change frequently which helps to keep the job interesting as every day can be different.

I personally feel as though when you are self employed you get out of it what you put into it. If you're willing to work the long days and weekends, you will further your knowledge and abilities and allows you great access to personal development.

Worked on many different and interesting construction projects.  Long hours and a lot of hard work.  The owner always made sure his workers were always paid on time.

Work hard, and try to meet the demands of clients.  When project is complete, you find satisfaction  That is what makes working the most rewarding.  That makes the day
