Management done old school like only the 3 executives take decisions. Very stubborn and narcissicistic trio. No one's opinion has value. Nothing done until the client complains. No advancement they always find a way to leave you where you are even after telling they will do a carreer path. If you are a good dog listening to the boss then it's your place. Culture of billable hours. 

If you are looking for a company where you will be judged by your ability to perform, and appreciated for what you bring to the table, this is the place for you.  A very supportive environment, great life/work balance, lots of good vibes!
