Worst place ever to work with. Mentally draining and stressful environment created by the management. Not a single day you would not feel down working there and the management is so ineducated on how to manage people and always keep picking on people without any reason. Blames the employee for every thing even though its their old instruments which don't work properly. They have non professional attitude themselves and wont even let you work professionally. The manager tries to interfere with personal questions and makes you feel bad for everything you do. Their solutions to work problems are hilarious showing lack of their knowledge and skills. But they do that so confidently to make you feel low and underconfident. So many people just leave job spontaneously because they get affected mentally working there and can't take the garbage from management anymore. No benefits, low wages and just 1 unpaid break. But the work pressure is so much that you go early, leave late, take less break even if its unpaid and get paid nothing for all the overtime. In the end they still blame you for everything if their instrument goes wrong. Even if you work extra, they don't pay you and still blame you for not finishing your work on time even if they have given you lots of work. One will always find their job posting online as everyone keeps leaving in short timeframe of an year or less. The management has no manners of talking to employees. Don't apply for this job even if you are jobless, you will definitely regret doing it.

No proper insurance for dental and medicine also eyes, after one year contribution you can have it but useless like 50% coverage up to $1000 for dental and medicine, eyes up to $100,  no pension plan, no overtime pay on weekdays, no break time (such a joke, I don’t know how it possible in Canada) poor hourly wages. 

Clean environment, nice coworkers, free parking.

Managers are great but they are treating people like a child. Never believe who works for them and keep doubt . I kinda understand because everyone looking for other job while they are working in this company. After one or two years all most everyone go out to other company. Or when they got PR, they leave. How they can trust people. But if they pay good or have a good benefits, no reason to leave right? 

Good start for pharmaceutical career.
Good start for international people to have Canadian career. 

But I don’t recommend this company to anyone, you should working very under wages compared to any company. 


It’s good that they hire people without Canadian experience, but that’s where the positives end. 
Everyone tells you what to do and how to look. The treatment is like you're in kindergarten — you’re not trusted with anything. Any suggestion for improving the work process is taken as a personal offense, often followed by threats of being fired. You end up working in every area, and the pay is only slightly above minimum wage, especially for women. You often have to lift and carry very heavy loads, and most of the time, no one helps you. There are people in the same position as you who act like supervisors, and if you don’t obey them, they report you to management. Management doesn’t investigate who’s right — they just blame you and threaten to fire you again. 
So stress and extremely low pay become your daily companions at this job.

Nothing learned during a short stay with this company. Top management has a funny culture and distrust you always. Very poorly managed with very low employee standards and no relationships established with employees. Never treats you as a professional nor let you work professionally. I guess this may be because the managers there are not professionals or has less exposure to professional cultures in Canada. Sometimes I tend to think that only a few members of a certain faith group or language are favored to work with this company. Negativity is in almost every department. I am not sure why Health Canada still keep their license. I don't recommend this place to anyone who is educated.    

this is a good company to work with , since the operation is not yet ready , i enjoyed too much working here i contributed my knowledge to set the laboratory , to set up most of their equipments , i wrote all the methods they need for testing and started to do validation and updated calibration of their instrument and improved mostly of their methods of testing ,,,my co workers were all nice , management were all okay ,,the only cons is the salary is a bit low , but its acceptable and understandable,. because its not widely operating the production yet mostly are research,
if i did not move into another province for some reason , i will never quit this company. I really love to work in this company

There is no benefit of working in this company except you get job if you are new in pharma field and doesn't have any experience.  Even the freshers leave company in one or two weeks due to lack of proper training and management. Supervisor and Manager don't have manners to talk to employee in respectfully.  Manager has no knowledge about field. Instruments don't work well and blames analyst about their work. It's better to do labour job than working in this company. There is no salary hike despite enormous workload. Even if you're 10 year experienced or just graduated from college, there's no much difference in pay. It's between 17 to 20 dollars per hour. 

I learned something new everyday in this company to grow my learnings. Management if very helpful  and work culture is also very supportive here. Everyone helps each other to finish tasks on time. Plant manager, general manager and higher management is very polite and take input from all lower to higher level employees to find solution to problem came on everyday tasks. Company is growing and they have almost all machinery to run solid dosage pharma products.

Lack of organization and leadership.

Completely dissociated work environment,  not a team at all

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Relaxed, lots of time to accomplish tasks.

Good work environment, good management, staff- as anywhere else, good and not so good people. The pay is way below industry average for this type of pharmaceutical manufacturing work, this is a main reason people don’t stick long with this company. No coffee breaks, which makes the work shift very tiring. Very hot indoor work environment, hard to breathe and shortage of fresh air.
