THEMUSEUM is a good place to learn everything about client service. As a volunteer, I can tell that I learned a lot within 3 months. I recommend anyone who wants to learn and create connections to go to themuseum!

Firm is a mess, no one knows what they’re doing, no support is provided when requested, employees are not allowed to take vacations and you’re expected to work beyond work hours with no compensation
