The pay is base plus commission which is not hard to make once you get your own flow going. Management provides you with a script but it's just a tool to help you develop your own style. They understand everyone sells differently.

Management invest their time and energy into you. They do everything they can to make sure you succeed. If that's sitting with you during a presentation or helping you one on one with objections they are there.




Different quality of sales managers, they are typically pretty good at supporting you, since their paycheck is based upon team sales. Must be a quality salesman, completely telephone sales to contractors. Company will fire quality salesmen for little reason, lack of production. Has a low hourly wage plus excellent bonus potential. They regulate overtime hours.

Productive and caring environment.  Review of previous day activities and how you can do things better, objective session and review of need to do activities. Update and set new prospects and follows up. Log all customer interactions on customer relationship management tool.

Overall a good a place to learn basic sales skills if you can put up with the toxicity of management and being micro managed. I have left at the end of the day a number of times second guessing if I picked  the right career path in sales after things I have seen here.

A really fun environment, nice and upbeat, high energy, with a very friendly and diverse staff. Every manager will take the time to coach you on different ways to close a sale.

Very well put together company with a product that is cutting edge really. 
I've had a lot of fun but can't have fun without a little down time. Not so often, but a week or so out of the quarter can be difficult.
Pays off in the end.

Great compensation structure for sales reps, managers and directors. Very large company but do a good job creating and maintaining culture in each individual office. You will need to deal with "normal" office politics and situations but none the less, it is a great company and I had a very good experience there.

I made one sale and never got paid for it at all. Talked to management about it and they did absolutely nothing about it and really didnt care. I worked there for 4 months and lost 200 dollars completely not worth it.

Lots of ups and downs at this job. Very aggressive sales tactics are used here. If you aren’t comfortable getting aggressive with people I’d suggest staying away. If you are, then you can make a lot of money here.
