I had never even herd that such a place like this even existed: Buying up your existing gift cards and turning them into cash for you? It is a very new idea with lots of fresh young minds hard at work. 

From me, someone who has worked in many industries, no one here yells, no one here harasses anyone else. Its a new company with with a very bright future. I have certainly enjoyed my time at Giftcash, which to be quite honest is alot more than I can say for a number of companies I have worked for.

It is a fun and satisfying place to work, but can be very stressful and frustrating at times because things are often not communicated well enough and it hurts the entire team. However, it is a relatively new company staffed with people who are constantly improving and striving to figure out what works/doesn't work and improve upon past mistakes and transgressions. Through the ups and downs, overall it feels good to be apart of this team and apart of an up and coming business.

Ive always felt valued and appreciated at GiftCash. There are many chances to get out of your comfort zone while playing a vital role in helping advance the company. The leaders are true pioneers and fun to learn from. They are also happy to spend hands on time with you to help you succeed in your role. Everyone is really positive, helps and encourages each other like a family. 

Was good at the beginning than all of a sudden got a call on my way home saying I'm not needed anymore and that it's not how did my job it was they were restructuring. Which I know nothing has changed since than. Also they make you feel like you should be buying everything in a store even though a store has policies against that but management doesn't listen to employees. They would rather argue with store managers. Don't work here. Expections are way to high they only care about money. Not employees. 

I have definitely learned the most working at this company. Management has a unique take on learning and is always available to teach you whatever you want to learn. There are high expectations and even higher goals but everyone is so motivated to reach them that it creates a fun atmosphere to work in. There is always a very unique take on how to solve problems.

Id say some thing the company needs to work on is communication and direction from the CEO.

When I was on the hunt for a job I was hoping to find something different. Something challenging, yet rewarding with room to grow. That is exactly what I found with Gift Cash. The atmosphere here is so welcoming and encouraging. They beg you to ask as many questions as you can so that you have all the knowledge you need to do the job. No one hovers or micro-manages and as long as you do your job well, you will have no issues! Everyone here is great, it has really been a pleasure!

Pretty much unreliable management and very much trust was missing. You have to watch your back literally every minute. Too much back stabbing and unprofessional tasks. Creating new and fundamental changes to human interactions to survive every day, rather than relying on standard corporate practices. 

Working here as a purchaser has been great. Challenging enough for me to feel like I am contributing to a growing company but not too stressful. They’ve been very helpful through the training process and I feel confident in my daily tasks. It’s been a great life and job experience in general. I still work part time with them because I really enjoy the work and people!

GiftCash is a currently growing company which is leading it to currently be in a time of transition. This leads to a challenging work environment that may not be suitable for all, however those who like to work hard and be challenged will enjoy enjoy it.

Working at giftcash was a unique and interesting experience. Extremely generous and friendly management that have fostered a nuturing workplace environment. Was able to develop several skills having the opportunity to be apart of several projects on the jo.
