I would not recommend to work here. The manager doesn’t answer back emails, text messages or voicemails. The manager negotiates certain incentives with some staff and not with others. There is no consistency across the board. Negotiations made and not kept. Staff talk behind management’s back about inconsistent incentives and unreliability. Based on other agencies the rates are not competitive! Biweekly pay. Staff sign in and out via an app. Other staff friendly.

Gifted Hands has given me back my purpose in life, has made me believe, again, that there are still some good people out there who have your best interest at heart and want to see you succeed and advance in life. Gifted Hands Health Services has been my employer for three amazing years as a PSW. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and the positive experiences I've had. They prioritize listening to their employees and have created an outstanding working culture. I've recommended Gifted Hands Health Services to many people, and I genuinely believe it's a fantastic place to work.

Enjoyed the hospital I was placed at however the agency made it extremely stressful, poor response times, disrespectful calls threatening job of task were not completed (ie sending up to date copy of CPR certificate, which they had a copy of). Not providing appropriate accommodations. Bribing to return for more money when you give notice due to poor management.

An organization that  goes that extra mile.
A company that looks out for its employees. 
A company that is personal  and professional. 
The CEO  is a pleasure to talk to and will go that  extra mile for her employees.
The work is often a distance but that is the least of the problems.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Competitive pay, easy communication, very professional. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No complaints. I have not had any stressful issues. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Positive environment with a great focus on professionalism.

Gifted hand management team is amazing  they are professional and knowledgeable. Moreover very supportive for staff. I joined recently but personally I feel it’s a family atmosphere. Always answer employees calls and clarify the doubts  I love to stay with Gifted hand .

Goes the extra mile. Express their gratitude to staff. I see many other workers, no one voiced dissatisfaction. You are kept as busy as you want. You are in control of your vacation time. 

Working with them it's OK they care as much as they could to get you necessary hours you may need and I really enjoy working with them they also care personally for their workers see to problems immediately when you report anything 

Gifted Hands is one of the best agencies I have worked for to date! The management checks in on you periodically to ensure your assignment is going well.
 Their wages are compatible to other agencies.
