Stay away from corporate head office. Sr management are ignorant bullies. Culture is toxic. You will never have job security and they will threaten termination instead of engaging in any type of training or other activity that could be beneficial to employees

The management I personally dealt with was very caring and open with their workers. Safety came first and I found the people was the best part of the job. They didnt put in extra like booking best flights or hotels or giving out much swag but they did do a bit of it. A company I would work for again but not go out of my way for.

The average length of stay is 14.65 years. Sounds like one employee had some issues - 3 sides to every story so will leave it at that however definitely not the norm

Good group, not best pay but definitely not worst, management i worked with were professional without being overbearing, they hired us to do the job and trusted us to get it done.

I would rather not say much about the company , overall good to work for them . I worked for them for a year and the last job i was at ended by the company getting booted from the site. 5 months later , no news or nothing from them .

Working for Gisborne over the last 5 years has given me many different opportunities and chances to advance in the trades.

Was not really sure what to expect, but the job had its ups and downs like any construction project. Over all, the company is full of good people, management is very approachable, very pleasant company to work for.

Industrial work can be challenging, but Gisborne seems to keep the pace manageable and enjoyable.  Pay is good, hours are good.  Only been here a week but its pretty good.

One of the best Paying sprinklers companies out there in lower mainland industry. Very focused on safety and training the employee the best way possible.
