What is the best part of working at the company?
I enjoyed working with them , the atmosphere is very conducive,  serene, and organized.  The supervisor was good and welcoming and show respect to workers. I enjoyed working with them. I am currently looking for a part time job.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Handling high customers during peak hours can be demanding,  but I stay organized and focused under pressure. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's seems like a supportive and hardworking environment where team work and quality care very important. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day would involve starting with preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients and setting up workstations followed by assisting with bakery, decorating, packaging and ensuring product meet quality and food safety standards. 
Throughout the day,I would work closely with the team to meet production target and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

i have been working here since august 2022. firstly i started to work at vaughan where i found many good things such as positivity among people at work they all are friendly and the second thing the work is so light and easy . they have fully organized everything like the exact timing of stared work and finished that. in september i started work at brampton site where i found little bit problem because of heat. the environment of brampton bakery is too hot as compared to vaughan . but nowadays in winter it is normal so now i am able to work all days from monday to friday. and i hope now i can get higher position from give and go as i am working here from my bigging of my career in canada.

When you first get hired everything is really easy and understandable up until you actually get to start working in the warehouse. You do get a bit of training but it never covers everything you really need to know. Nobody is willing to teach at all and if they do teach you, they only tell you things bit by bit instead of telling you everything you need to know about a certain section. 98% of the place is very rude and disrespectful, they ignore you, belittle you and stare a lot. There’s much more but overall this place is horrible because it’s run by the same people of culture and they don’t want anyone else working there besides their own people.

Alongwith hard work at job,we can learn a lot of new things and can do a lot of fun at job.i have learned how to work at a constant pace and to balance work and life.Also,time management has been a asset while working. Hardest part of my job was to stay awake at some points during night shift but I overcame it as well.

Sometimes my day at work went well sometimes not its all depends I have learned a lot there I tried working in different types of areas,they train new comers.The hardest part is when line running fast and the enjoyable part is when it break down and we get a little extra time for our self we enjoyed.

this company is one of the best in baking and people here are working are hardworking.
the atmosphere of the company is good and all the employees working here are helping in nature.
shifts timings are fixed .

The work was enjoyable and smooth. The management was organized and very helpful. They always support growth and progress. I enjoyed the team work and the work culture was positive and easy going.

Overall, it is a good source of income, working at Give and Go, but working there was quite stressful, as you have to continuously work on the  line and you get a small break in between.

It has a very fast pave enviroment and machinery is too fast over there, but i like some adventurous things so i had a very good experience over there, i enjoyed it alot

Nice job, good culture
Supervisors are very nice except very few. Nice and clean lunch room, 
-good place to work for students if they wish to, pays well. It is most of peak seasonal job, requires hundreds of workers,
