What is the best part of working at the company?
The place was well organized as far as work responsibilities. I also had the pleasure of working alongside some great people.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Projects could become unnecessarily confusing due to having to co-ordinate with a European company (with a 12 hour time difference) during the design process. The leadership was also subpar at times; impatient and trickling information relevant to completing projects.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is average. At times enjoyable and at times stressful. Not rewarding but not punishing.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical workday was pretty average but with little tolerance for mistakes which would inevitably occur due to having to co-ordinate with an overseas company on many projects.

I achieved my Journeyman ticket through this shop. They put me through my entire apprenticeship. My  entire experience there  is good memories.  Typical day is welding steel. Management was forward thinking. Culture was positive. No difficult part of the job, typical welding.

Tough but fair. I really liked working at this company, too bad I had to move cities. As long as you do what is required to do your job, there will be no problems. 

Liked the free coffee. Could bring in lunches every now and then hours of work were fantastic. Great people to have been able to share my time with. Hope to get a call back when work picks up. The way the economy is going im a little worried.

it was a good place to work.
busy for the most part but due to recession this slowed down 
and lay offs happened. for the years i worked there though enjoyed most days. good people. good experiences.

Great place to work great people very good hours accept they become slow I was laid off due to lack of work !

Some people are very rude but u show up do you work and go home

The most enjoyable part was the people who worked there. The management was going through changes all the time and communication between fields and office was not great.

A good place to learn new skills and get on the job training.  The pay was good and the employees were easy to get along with.
