management are in position and don't have a clue what they are doing.
there is no respect. Manager favours their ethnicity goup.
They don't give you a decent raise.
people punch in and leave for the entire day and come back and punch out late.
They want to take your vacation and use it if they are closing for a period. ( that should be on me to decide that) what if I planned to take my vacation days at a specific time. (that should be illegal)
Loved the job because I learned alot since being there in terms of doing things and using the machines.
I would caution anyone going there for work.

Disorderly conduct amongst employees, sometimes loud heated exchanges happening loud enough for everyone to hear. Office politics.  Nonstop gossiping. Noise level is an issue - no consideration for those working at their desks or talking to clients on the phone.

Typical Day: Lift, assemble and repeat. Management only manages the orders; they never promote teamwork; they only step in when they received a complain or a quarrel happened. As for workplace culture, there is no teamwork.

It's an overall laid back environment. Dress down days and company events are nice. The only thing to complain about is the use of older systems and procedures. As well as the lack of sick days and end of year closures that you are not compensated for.

Worst company ever working there for last 1.5 years and then take a break. When I come back they say no work. Zero percent job security worst company ever I work with.

Good place to work. Great place to start a carrier. Great for beginners. Possibility to work in many different depts. Company is extremely financially stable.

Learned new valuable skills in the workplace and workload was perfect (not too much, not too little) workers in shipping aren't very nice and not too friendly.
