Work was mundane, factory work but a lot of cool old electronics would come through to be processed. I learned a lot from this job and gained new skills. My supervisor was the best, very organized, friendly yet stern when she needed to be, very professional. Co-workers are some of the greatest, most interesting people I have ever met. Training new scale operators was difficult, you really need a certain mindset to excel at that job. Trying to keep everything up to my standard of quality, factory workers don't really care about quality, but I certainly do. The most enjoyable part was knowing the commodities and determining them fast. I was also the one who everyone went to when they needed a problem solved whether it was a problem within the company software or where something should go or what a commodity was called.

I'm one of their most dependable employee to know how the machine runs, what is the minimum and maximum production of materials. during the day. 
I have to learn the day to day routine to be able to set a time schedule how much could be produce per day
Management has full support to their employees'
The company has an open door policy to address the employees concerns by holding meetings.
When you find others doesn't make the same amount of production
as you are doing.
The most enjoyable part is job satisfaction. When the management recognize your work. That is the best part of it. In return to my efforts I'm on the company's video production on Discovery Channel October 2017.

GEEP contains a lot of hard work and, long hours. Being as such I had to train many new people on a weekly sometimes daily basis. The shifts were 12 hours long doing a constant job to start. As you spent more time there you could get trained on many different tasks though. I managed to stick with it to get trained on all jobs and, become a lead hand.

This was by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Management turnover is higher than the non-management employees and greedy owners spend money on themselves but don't give raises in years to their employees (yes, i understand all about capitalism AND GREED).

This is one of the worst companies to work for, they do not care about their employees, will lay off without warning or cut workers wages. Management doesn't listen and any internal disputes with employees are brushed aside as if they didn't happen creating a toxic work environment. Dirty work environment.

G.E.E.P is a recycle e waste de manufacturer. It's primarily based on market trends of metals and often work load is based on these trends. It is a very dirty and demanding job path but at the same time came be rewarding.

Fun work place with supportive management, and working with different kind of people.
It's a day to day learning experience.
Team work is our key to have a good production.

I only worked there during the summer. The overall work was not bad, but it can get really hot inside, especially with masks on. Everyone was pleasant to work with as well.

Working there was a good time. Very easy and relaxed, The nightclub added a nice vibe too it. Everyone was always friendly. Management was good. Thank you.
