Everyday starts with a weekly production schedule, 2 shifts, Starting @ 4:30am while last shift ends @11:30pm.  Trained pm on WHMIS, Certification on Health & Safety part 1 & 2, First Aid courses, Sanitation & other related courses.  Enjoyed working with the group, mutual respect between management. & production crew.  Hardest part of the job is when there's a machine breakdown, which causes time lost and unscheduled overtime.  Group mutual respect towards each other and complete commitment towards accomplishment of the set goals.  Full support from the management for the welfare of the crew/ personnel.

My position was home based with extensive travelling to customer locations throughout Ontario.  I learned how important it is to listen to my customers which enabled me to satisfy their individual needs.  I enjoyed working with all of my co-workers and being part of a team.  The hardest part of the job was the extensive travel.  The most enjoyable part of the job was the satisfaction in creating strong and mutually successful relationships with customers and co-workers.

A great place to work.  Always on your toes with a continuos changing demand to the production schedule and client requirements.  Team effort from start to finish.  All though Head office is in Ontario the employees over come obsticals by better communication and complete a great result and satisfied internal and external customers.

For the time I have been here I have nothing bad to say about my experience. 
Every job has its ups and downs but like any other job as long as you do a good job there is no issues. 
Management tries to meet the needs of its  workforce but corpratly owned its a challenge.

Stand in one spot ensuring that all adds went into the wine kit boxes, operation of shrink wrap and box making machine. Go to the warehouse and find what adds pertained to the next batch,loading and unloading of trucks

What i like so far is Management is amassing. Flexible time schedules for the beginning until You settle. What I would have liked Is a shorter time to jump from contract to permanent position. They are building a new processing facility which is great.

My bosses and co-workers were also great. They supplied all training. They also provided us with boots and uniforms as well as outer wear.

Pleasure to work there. Co workers helpful. Learning experience. Supervisors knowledgeable and  management conducive to the education of its workers. ongoing training.

High energy environment where everybody works together for a safe and friendly workplace.

Great Place to work, good atmosphere, safe.  Management cares about the employees.  Good pay, good benefits!  No parking on some days....  Gift card is nice, plenty of sick days allowed.
