I had a very disappointing experience working at this company. The management is ineffective, with poor communication and a lack of clear direction for employees. New hires receive little to no proper onboarding, which sets them up for failure from the start.

The manager has a bad temper, constantly micromanages, and is more focused on controlling employees’ time than actually supporting their growth. There is no clear structure or guidance on what is expected, making it frustrating to succeed in your role. Overall, the work environment is toxic, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive and professional workplace.

Working at Globe electric has been an enriching journey filled with collaboration, and purpose. From day one, I’ve been impressed by the company’s commitment to fostering a positive work environment and empowering its employees to thrive.

One of the standout aspects of Globe Electric is its dedication to innovation. The company consistently encourages creative thinking and values fresh ideas, making it an exciting place to work. Managers and coworkers answers all my questions with patience and open arms. Leaders are approachable and transparent. For me Globe is a great place to work. 

Globe is a rapidly growing company with increasing opportunities. It is an awesome place to work if you like an upbeat and social atmosphere. Globe puts a lot of emphasis on collaborative projects; the whole is better than the sum of its parts. The CEO and upper management make an extended effort to plan and hold outstanding social events including holiday parties, bbqs in the summer, dodgeball tournaments, bowling and more- they show their appreciation for the hard work that's put in. My favourite part about working at Globe is the people. I found an extremely caring community of people that I look forward to seeing every morning.

Indeed, Globe has the best work environment and culture that I've experienced so far in my life. It is a place where you enjoy returning each morning and leave in the end of the day filled with gratitude. 
We care about each other understanding, and respecting, the unity of what Globe's represents within a competitive field, and that comes easy because of the great teams that forms the company. 
Personally, I have been understood when it was personal, have been appreciated when achieving, have been respected when corrected.

I had a very bad experience at this company. The training is poor, and they have very high expectations of you. There is a high turnover rate, and employees are not satisfied with their salaries. There is a lot of micromanagement, and some managers shouldn't be working there because they treat their employees very poorly and are aggressive. The benefits are fine, but the salary is too low compared to the amount of responsibility you have.

Over my past few years at Globe, I have been given the opportunity to learn, grow, collaborate, travel and evolve.  The company provides a dynamic campus-like atmosphere where we are empowered to take imitative.  The company has grown a lot and the culture is inclusive and fun while also hardworking and humble.

I and other employees were busy, management in that department which I work was perfect, even if they were busy and have deadline, was done exact the same day, the most enjoyable part was account payable.

I’ve been working here for a little less than a year and I can say that everyone is really nice. The gym, ping pong, badminton, soccer team, hockey team etc is really cool! Free coffee and bagels is definitely a plus! No parking headaches :) in terms of work load it’s alway super busy and fast paced! You won’t even see the time pass by! So far I’m very haply here :)

I enjoy working at Globe.
People are very friendly. There is a gym, a nice cafeteria and a lot of team activities in and outside of the office.
The work is usually challenging, but hard-work is well recognized. I have been given the ability to learn and grow in my career and I feel fulfilled as a professional.

All directions come from micromanagement by owners which creates much insecurities. Over the years there was good growth but ownership re-organized poorly and refused to accept responsibilities in failures.
