This job requires you to be organized. You start the day off at the warehouse where you are required to load your truck and scan in packages. The majority of the day you are driving on the road, delivering packages and interacting with the community. Once you complete your route you are required to rescue new hired employees who are not able to finish their route. Experienced staff are also required to train new staff the daily routines. At the end of the day you fill up the gas, clean up the truck and return to the warehouse to drop off packages that are not able to be delivered after 2 unsuccessful attempts. This job requires you to work independently and as a team. People who enjoy working in a fast paced environment should apply for this position. Management has a constant turnover. The most difficult part of the job is when new management comes in with challenging attitudes and you know more than they do and you have to keep your composure. It also is annoying that you are constantly training new employees and they usually don't stay longer than a week as this job is made for strong individuals who can tolerate managements lack of understanding of the job while working efficiently and fast.

Worked for some time. started off ok but once you start getting large amount of packages 200+ they expect you to help direct hire employees with less than 150 packages. If you are hired with an agency, expect to be used a lot. Most problematic factor is they don't provide safe tires on the vans and when you get stuck on a route expect to pay out of pocket $800+ for a tow. This has happened with a few workers during winter months.

-Management is incompetent
- you are expected to work for free after you are done your route, punished for standing up for yourself and saying no.
-egomanics no people skills, just because they work in the Amazon hub they think they can treat their drivers rudely, then they wonder why they can't keep drivers

Great experience as it is a growing company in logistics . Cooperative and very supportive management . If we talk about the hardest part of the shift is when we assign them work and when drivers are out of delivery and when we need to track them throughout the shift .

A typical day would consist of greeting customers, answering phones, processing and filing orders and arranging meetings. The management is very professional and the workplace culture is a very  fast past environment.

They will literally hire ANYbody. Just lie about your age or whatever they don't check or care. There are no problems if you dontt show up for your shift. If you are anygood driver you have to do your own job and then help out all the slow people that can't finish theirs
