I worked there about a year,it can be good or bad.its all up to your point of view.
Life balance is not the best .It gets frustrating sometimes. If the economy would be more stable it could be better but it's just getting worse by the day and of course harder to do business 

My First job was here at millenium. I worked for my dad so i had a few extra perks like being able to choose my hours and days off it was a cool expierence for me because of the interesting variety of product anywhere from clothing to swords and dragon statues.

Lack of professionalism. Management yelled at staff constantly. No work life balance at all at the outlet. A lot of nepotism as well. Dress code was awful making the entire staff wear orange polos while the GM could dress how he wanted. 


Store staff was generally good . people in corporate office are evil. Mess with pay and benefits , new ways to scam customers . Money is all they care about .

Family oriented dealership
No room for growth
Amazing work environment
Pay didn't meet my expectations .
Alot of favoritism, only a few people got leads because their family members where in charge .

My manager was calling peoples names. 
I get to do what isnt really my job and if i dont do it. I get picked on.
Toxic Enviroment. A lot of people left not just me. Not even in 6 months top. I saw a handful people left upset.

Highly recommend Go Auto Outlet, they will go above and beyond so you can achieve your goals. 
Management is incredible as well. 
You will succeed with Go Auto Outlet Yellowheads team.




I enjoyed working here. Co-workers were great. I have greatly increased my knowledge of ADP while working here. I loved working in customer service.
