If you are not productive and like to fool around, I encourage you to apply. If you are hard worker this not the right place for you. They layoff the productive employees or push them to quit, and keep the people who do nothing just relies on the hard workers. Some leaders they care to keep their friends or family member in power position in the company although they know nothing.
At the end when they lay you off better consult the lawyer for your severance pay.

	Product Experience in Broadsoft and similar Telephony Cloud technologies.
	PBX/IP PBX experience. 
	Worked on Polycom , Yelink , Cisco , Avaya phones.
	Router Configuration ( Zyxel & Cisco 1841)
	Demarc/ Wire toning/Placing Jacks
	Processing Automated service request and overseeing the automated stats monitoring.
	Level 1 & Level 2 Support.

Unorganized, unprofessional, companies merged, lots of people left, they couldn’t replace the people so they gave everyone double the work. Then more people left because double the work at the same salary is hardly worth it. More people want to leave right now

At times very hectic but always good to be busy & on your toes .

 Management who believes in their core staff & gives freedom to achieve results.

Good team & staff who are ready to help each other when required

Day started with coffee and scrum. Submit the work what you did yesterday and new work assign. In lunch room all people took breakfast,lunch and tea together.Healthy environment it is.

Short on staff, work intense extra hours with no pay. 

Not recognition of work, no bonus, salary under the market, not recommended.

Hard to take days off and vacation

Poor communication with management and RH

Good place to start working if your new to the game. Take the experience and the roles and opportunities to grew and learn. Multiple roles can be great if you are looking to prove. 

I would come into work and start calling people and try and sell a product  that was so high priced, when trying to compete with Telus it was so hard it was never a fun day. Lot's of cold calling.

I was very surprised to get literally 2 days off over the Christmas holidays.  Christmas day and New Years day.  No options to work from home.  Management was really lacking.  Apparently it used to be better. Too bad because the work was ok.

The company was good but some co-workers were not co-operative.Because of that, I didn't got a chance to properly learn.Also, the salary was not very high
