I was a co-op student who began working at GoFleet in January. Even though I was a student majoring in Accounting and Finance and got hired to be an HR Coordinator for the company, I learned a lot about the importance of the HR department to a company. I got to be a part of unique experiences by having the opportunity to interview candidates for full-time positions and I had the opportunity to design the onboarding program for new co-ops and full-time employees. The culture at GoFleet is very welcoming with people taking the time to greet each other in the mornings. But I found that all of the employees are very approachable if you need any assistance. Collaboration is easy due to the fact that employees are friendly. The most enjoyable part of my job was that I was able to work to make an impact within the company during my short time there. I would definitely recommend working at GoFleet.

I started working for GoFleet around 2015 as a web developer. 
At first, I worked on small tasks around the website functionality. As I progressed I kept providing ideas on how we can do things better and soon I was assigned to other projects that were related to web development. 
Almost all my ideas were implemented in a way or another, this made me feel great and made me very confident about my approaches.
Various integrations were needed, I had to learn how to use new tools, frameworks, and I appreciate that it wasn't always the same thing over and over again. 

Another thing that I like is the communication part. It's always easy to reach the project manager, a different colleague, or even the CEO if you need to.
I work entirely remotely and communication is crucial. 

GoFleet has grown a lot since I started working with the organization. The company has a bright future. Over the past few years, the workforce doubled in size and the company expanded overseas.

There are some amazing managers and coworkers that made a difference in my career growth. Some of the most positive changes over the past few years include appointing people-oriented Directors, establishing a HR team, and creating effective business processes.

Personally, I am thankful to have entered the company as an entry level employee, get recognized for my contributions, and earn a promotion into a mid-level role.

GoFleet provides the perfect experience for an intern like myself looking to learn and grow in a rapid-paced environment. The work assigned to co-ops/interns actually manifests itself, as opposed to larger companies where you can feel buried underneath all the bureaucracy. The team is super supportive and gives you the time to learn the skills you need to excel at your job and future endeavours. The lighthearted atmosphere makes it feel like a small, connected company even as they grow with each passing day.

The workplace is very relaxed in how you work, as long as the work that is assigned is done in time.  The scrum sprints were great in how they set clear expectations for each person, and all the tasks were lined up in order before the sprint started. Great place to learn and grow with extremely knowledgeable and experienced people in the team to guide you whenever there is something you are unsure about. Always reach out to find get some help, the team is more than happy to assist.

The company, business and team are expanding very quickly and there's immense scope for learning, growth and career advancement.

People working here are very friendly, approachable and supportive.

Great atmosphere for people  with an entrepreneurial mindset and  like to be challenged.

I’m a designer at Gofleet. My job is interesting and challenging. What I appreciate most about this company is the family atmosphere we’ve cultivated. Everyone pretty much knows one another. Plus, management treats us all fairly so you don’t have to deal with the stress of someone hanging over you and threatening to fire you or write you
up for every little thing. Would I recommend GoFleet? Wholeheartedly

You get a lot of diversity in this workplace. The business is at a growth stage and there is a lot of opportunity to make a difference at this stage in the company. Management are very supportive and offer a lot of insight. There is a lot to learn in these positions. 

The company handled this whole pandemic situation better than expected. They constantly kept us employees in the loop and let us know what was going on, made sure we were safe but could still work as much as possible to help our families. I’m impressed by how well the team has managed everything this past year.
