Where should I start? Ok, so I was sent out an interview request on Indeed by the company for 11:30am. I accepted that time and went in for the interview during that time and they told me that I was scheduled for 2pm. So then, I waited at that location until 2pm for my interview. Thats strike 1!!! (for me) A company falsely books me and does not value the applicants time. Not to mention, the individual who interviewed me tells me during the interview, that he was free from 10am. SRSLY???

Moving on. I did my interview and they gave me a business card on which i can follow up on. Although, after 3 business days when i followed up, they lady who picked up said I never went for an interview. So I was confused. I asked he if she can transfer me to (NAME - individual who interviewed me), and she put me on a 15 minute hold. Then the lady says, she cant transfer me because she doesnt know the extension, she recommended me for me to call again. Thats was STRIKE 2. Afterwards, I had no communication with the company, until i saw the same ad on indeed again 6 months later and reapplied (JUST BECAUSE WHY NOT). 

I got an email again for an interview. Told the lady, I already came for an interview. And out of no where, I get a congratulations email saying that they lost my file, and they recent found it, and I can come into office and start work tomorrow. I said to myself wow and started work. BTW that was STRIKE 3!!! (how do you loose an applicants file?) 

Went in for work, and quite honestly it was the worse first day. There was no training, no help, extensive inbound calls, minimum wage hourly pay, rude employers, and no chance of myself moving up the ladder. Not to mention, everything was very disorganized and dysfunctional. I have my self 2 weeks at this place. And everyday, it was the same unorganized office customs, foul language used by employers, confused co-workers, and etc. 

I remember asking my manager for help and he said, if a caller asks something and you dont know, just put them on hold and then after few minutes just disconnect the call. I was so confused. To be honest, I quit in 2 weeks and started work in the same building but a different company. 

Goalline Solutions was the worse experience of my life and I honestly shouldve never bothered applying. Its not worth the incredible amounts of hassle for a minimum wage and extremely high volumed workplace. These guys should really get the business in order. 

BTW for the 2 weeks i worked, they did my payroll wrong and only paid me for 1 week. When i called back, they said that its their word against mine. So i just didnt bother with the $550....

They have free coffee tho........

Small company - very busy.  Training was good but could have been a little longer just for my comfort.  The floor support was great and always there to help.  Senior management was very friendly and always tried to make the environment fun and inclusive.  We were treated fairly at all times.  Other call center employees are what creates the negative environment and ruins it for all of us at at times.  A call center job is just as important and worthy as a government job or a doctor or anyone else... it should be treated that way by the employees.  Lots of employees with bad attendance and punctuality making it hard for the rest of us.  Management dealt with this appropriately and as best they could.  They even jumped on the phones with us to help out all the time.  They provide opportunities to move up but like any call center, those opportunities are limited and it can be a slow moving course. Lots of IT related opportunities as well.  I really like the people I worked closely with and the supervisors and senior management.  I would definitely return if I lived closer!

Goalline is a great place to work for.  I worked for them for several years and recently had to resign due to family matters.  They were so accommodating and when the time is right I will definitely return.  The staff was friendly, management was great support just overall a great environment.  I would not listen to the negative comments as I am sure they are disgruntled about something that took place.  They definitely provide enough training as well as hands on training.  I was in several of the training sessions for different companies while being with goalline and took lots of knowledge from it.  Everyone has their reasons for being negative towards a company but only way to know if you will like the environment is to experience it yourself.

Many positions in the company require you to multitask on different projects at the same time. Must prioritize work load to meet ever changing tight deadlines. Co-workers are a fantastic group of people that all struggle towards the same goal; a weekly paycheck. The hardest part of the job is seeing co-workers come and go. The most enjoyable part of the job is the end of the day. There is limited room for advancement, although they promote advancement it is most often unilaterally and not always with an expected raise.

After case was created I look for a good and fast resolution
Enjoy when customer was satisfied with the resolution.
The hardest part of the job was when I was not able to solve the problem and customer was unhappy and start yelling

Great place to learn customer service. Salary is low and so are the  benefits. Management is very cooperative and helping. Hours also most of the time fluctuate as per requirement.

A good employer makes going to work each day fun, rewarding and challenging. When searching for jobs, look for companies with happy employees, good benefits and a positive company culture. These are signs of a great place to work.

Treat employees badly, charge employees for everything and organization does not know what it's doing.
Drive UBER, wait tables, do anything else, but do not work here!
Bad management and worse organization.
Do not work here, don't do it.
